Villa Delfin: This new teak Villa will exceed your expectations by the stunning views so close to the ocean and the quality of the craftsmanship. Be surpriced by the infinity pool and the great unique outdoor spaces 30 m above seal level. Enjoy the most amazing sunsets and wonderful views, including Maderas Rock to the right and down to Costa Rica at the left. Surrounded by trees and greenery with direct private beach access. Fiber optic wifi for several types of devices at the same time. A mindblowing unforgetable experience inside Villas Playa Maderas 11 km north from San Juan del Sur. 1 minute from the beach.
Spaces around the villa:
You can enjoy different spaces around the villa. It has a view of the bay from 2 different front terraces around the infinity pool, which has a waterfall. Take a dip in the private pool or use one of the spaces at the front terraces. From a small extra front terrace you also almost look down on the waves breaking in. This is the most amazing night stay you can imagine for watching white waves breaking and stars at the same time. To the left is a large shady and breezy terrace which serves as the main living area with a dining table, bar, grill and a hammock if you like. To the right of the entrance there is also an area for hammocks.
Food:
Almost all kinds of meals in different ways from a fully equipped kitchen, grill, go to restaurants at the beach or get quick delivery from restaurants in town. You have any freedom to cook and organize this as you want – and the staff always online can help with advice about many options or cook any type of meal or diet for you. You have a lot of options anytime you like. Or you can just follow our recommendations.
Staff:
Always online, 24 hour security and housekeeping, kitchen staff on request. Daily cleaning included. Staff is discrete but always close. Very flexible and personalized services. Tell us what you need.
Wellness:
If you like to order a private massage or other kind of wellness at your villa it is possible through our contacts. We have yoga spaces and equipment and a private yoga teacher is also possible. Also we have an outdoor gym. If a surf interest then just going down to the beach – where there are also surf instructors. Many guests add some of this to their stay.
Transportation and parking:
The Villa has private parking right next to it. You can also arrive by taxi – as well as go by taxi when you want. Or try the very local truck bus. We can also help arrange transportation directly from airport.

It is very special along the coast to be 30 m above ocean level to enjoy amazing views and at the same time have direct private beach access to a white sandy beach with restaurants and a local vibe. And also at the same time to in the edge of a forest with trails and howler monkeys.
Playa Maderas is a social beach still with an original nicaraguan vibe. You can go to rustic restaurants on both sides - swim - surf - ride a horse - or just lay back and enjoy the sun. Our villa is beachfront with the best location, in the edge of a forest with trails and howler monkeys. And the location has some of the best views in Nicaragua – including the view to Maderas Rock.
Playa Maderas is a social beach still with an original nicaraguan vibe. You can go to rustic restaurants on both sides - swim - surf - ride a horse - or just lay back and enjoy the sun. And at the same time you have this kind of adventure with activities inside the property including hiking and monkeys. You have pool and direct beach access. and can go surf or take surf lessons at the beach. Bonfire and horseback riding is also popular there.
There are many possiblities for doing things together - and combine it with each of you can do some of your own. Private massage and pedicure, yoga lessons, private fitness trainer are also options.
A perfect family base where you easily can keep your kids occupied. And feel like home – and on an adventure at the same time.
