Relax with the whole family at this serene Lake Lanier cottage! Conveniently situated just minutes from the renowned Lake Sidney Lanier! Take a short 7-minute drive to the historic downtown Buford or a short 7-minute drive to the serene lakeside park of Buford Dam! It's only 14 minutes from Margaritaville at Lanier Islands.

Relax in the living room and enjoy a family movie night on the Smart TV after a day at the lake or find solace in of the two bedrooms each equipped with a Smart TV.

THE OUTDOOR
BBQ gas grill, seating for two and a gas fire pit. Along with string lights over the fire pit area.

LIVING ROOM
The living room features a 65" 4K UHD LED LCD Roku Smart TV. As well as enough comfy seating for the whole family. Also, features a full-length mirror to get ready for any special event, and dedicated workspace.

Bright space with seating for 6 guests. Additional seating for 2 guests on kitchen island.

The kitchen is fully furnished, and you will find everything you need to cook any delicious meal you are craving!

Features a King bed with a Tempur-Pedic 3-Inch Mattress topper, 43” 1080p FHD LED Roku Smart TV. Also, a private in-suite bathroom with a role in shower. Which is stocked with hand soap, lotion, body wash, shampoo, conditioner, and hair dryer.

Features a twin over twin built-in bunkbed equipped with Gel Memory Foam mattresses.

We were visiting family in the area and looking for a true home away from home somewhere we could comfortably prepare meals and gather as a family and we found exactly that. From day one, Pedro, the owner, was amazing: communicative, attentive, and genuinely checking in on us.The home had everything we needed, and thoughtful hospitality was evident in every room—from toothbrushes to water bottles, snacks, coffee, pots,and even laundry detergent. The house was spotless, welcoming, and made us feel completely at home.Most importantly, there was a Christmas tree in the living room, which brought us so much joy the moment we walked in . I would absolutely recommend this home to friends and family and would gladly stay again.

We needed a nice place to stay with grandkids for a long weekend. This vrbo was just that. It was much nicer than I expected. Providing a significant volume of toiletries was a huge help...I didn't have pack them! Thank you so much for that! The host is especially nice, responsive, and thorough with easy to follow instuctions. If I ever need a place in this area again, I'll rebook this lovely little place. Thanks for a nice weekend.

We would certainly like to stay here again! It was clean, comfortable, safe, and accomodated our family well. The gas stove, fine linens, open space, and nice neighborhood made our trip to Lake Lanier very enjoyable.

I along with my family stayed in this property for 4 nights and I must stay that it was Awsome experience. The property was kept very clean and the owner was very accessable to help with any questions that I had. We really felt like home and wish we could have stayed for some more time. I will highly recommend anybody visiting Lake Lanier Area to experience this property

Comfertable and cozy.

We enjoyed our stay. I really appreciate the welcoming basket of snacks in the kitchen and toiletry in each bedroom. My son forgot his toothbrush, so it worked out wonderfully. The layout and decor was minimal, but very tasteful. It felt very comfortable and classy; love Ikea. Love the shower in the master bedroom and the little submarine window on the top bunk. We're all about small surprise with big impact. So the submarine window was definitely one of our favorite things about the home. The only feedback I have would be a steping stole for little feets to reach the sink and to fill up the propane tank for the fire pit. But overall, we really enjoyed our stay. The house was comfortable, clean, and had everything we needed. The host was available and prompted in communication and follow up. We even got some unexpected, but welcomed visitors strolling through the backyard and hung around for the duration of our stay. The location was a bit far from the activities on our itinerary, however, we appreciated the nature, surrounding the property, and the peace and quit that made it possible for our surprise visitors. Thank you again. We definitely would stay there again, or recommend it for other visitors as well.

Visiting Ancestral Lands

My sister and I brought our families to retrace our ancestral roots. The Serene Lake Lanier Cottage was absolutely perfect for our stay. The home was clean, well supplied, and comfortable. We cooked at the cottage each night including using the fire pit and grill. There are lots of extras with this property. Deer frequently visit the property at dawn and dusk. The location truly is serene. Communication with the host, Pedro, was warm and hospitable. We are so grateful for our stay here and would recommend it without hesitation.

Long Weekend With The Family

We loved this cottage! It was super clean and had everything we needed. It was quiet with deer that visited us in the backyard. The location was great for us and close to the convention center where we had friends performing. We highly recommend and hope to come back again next year.

Wanted to Love it but Issues

I really wanted to love this property but we had several issues that left me frustrated by the end of the stay. First the positives…the location was ideal for us as we were in town visiting family in Sugar Hill. The house was aesthetically pleasing as it was up-to-date, well decorated and the host did a wonderful job making us feel welcome with special touches. However, there were some negatives that were hard to overlook. There was an ant problem in both bathrooms that was very problematic for us as we had two little kids to bathe. The host did his best to address the problem by having pest control come out and spray half way through our stay. The ants were then dead all over the floor all the while we had a baby crawling around. The next problem was that all 3 adults were unable to take showers back to back. The water became ice cold and so we had to be strategic about showers. Then, on the last evening we wanted to kick back and watch a movie but the internet went out and despite our many efforts to reset it, we could not get the WiFi to work. The final problem was that it got very cold at night for our children. We set the thermostat to 70 overnight but it must’ve been set on schedule to go to 67 each night. Like I said, we wanted to love it but ran into several issues that didn’t suit our family needs.

Beautiful House By The Lake

Spent two days with the significant other. The place is nicely renovated, warm, and spacious with snacks and a few games to play with. The host was very generous as well throughtout the stay. Highly Recommend.
