Pet friendly, central, fenced yard, 20mi. to beach

The Lil Red House is .5 miles from the 110 on ramp so the location is very convenient to the airport, shopping, restaurants, & beach options. This house was put together with people who travel a lot as well as people’s doggos in mind! The yard is incredibly spacious & lined with chicken wire at the bottom so it is worry-free. We have lounge-type chairs to hang out in the back. You will find a smart TV in each bedroom & living area that is of good size. Fast wifi! Come kick back at Lil Red.

(Pet fee requests are usually sent separately after booking due to varying stay lengths). So be sure to let us know how many pets you’re bringing in your booking message. Unregistered pets on the property will be charged $25/night per pet.

(We’re saying this below so you we are slightly prepared just in case you need it.)

If your pet has an accident there is enzyme cleaner under the kitchen sink. If you’ll mix a few drops of dish soap (it’s Dawn) with a cup of warm water, after getting up the initial accident, put that on the area, soak it up, then spray with the enzyme spray and follow the directions.
We know this happens sometimes. We just want it to stay sanitary. We plan to take the carpet out at some point in the next year. Please message us if this happens and you have any questions!

•Extra people
-After 6 people it’s $15/night per extra person. (Please message for details or if you have any questions.)

•Smoking:
-Smoke friendly OUTSIDE only.
-Additional cleaning fees charged for any smoking inside.

•Parties/Extra Cleaning Charges
We do not allow parties. We know when you have one. We understand you may want to have people over and we try very hard to be chill. After all, we want you to have an amazing stay! That being said, cleaning fees of no less than an additional $100 will be charged if there is throw up, fecal matter of any kind, or liquor sloshed about throughout the home causing extra cleaning/laundering. We like our cleaning crew and we just want them fairly compensated if this is something they encounter. So we ask you leave the place decent and pray tell, if you have an accident and you need help knowing what to do to clean it, please send me a message!

•Checkout Day Cleaning:
-Start the first load of towels
-Put remaining dirty towels in the tub
-Take out any excess trash bags please!

I’m here for any help you may need! I’m very laid back and want to do what I can for your stay to be awesome. I will not be dropping by at any point in your stay.

It is right off of Fairfield so sometimes you’ll hear ambulances go by or cars playing music. It’s not crazy loud, but if you’re sitting in the yard you will definitely hear it at times.
