Pensacola Vacation

The house was nice and comfortable, had a clean smell when we got there. Appliances worked well and we had everything we needed for our stay. We liked the area as it is near 9mile hwy and convenient to grocery stores and restaurants.

Convenient location

Worked well for a small family or group. Beds were okay, but either very firm or thin. Not hood if you have any back issues, but otherwise okay. House was clean and well taken care of. Linens were soft and ample. Would stay again if coming to Pensacola.

Ok

It was a 2 bedroom 2 bath with a third bed in the former patio. It was nothing fancy and it worked for the weekend. The neighborhood is just ok. It was at the end of a culd de sac and the other homes seem to not take care of their lawns.

Smell with entry. Broken Toilet seat pinches your body!! Moth ball smell triggered migraine, didn't wash out of linens.Broken light fixture kills ur eyes. Tripping hazard sunroom.Tv shows family pics, changed the settings, but it can be accessed. 1 spare blanket for up to 8 guests!!No instructions on how to get the shower working. Stains all over, food on things, dirty dishes. Floor dirty.Freezer stinks. Fridge not clean.VERY damaged pans that need thrown away due to chemical leaching.Stove burners barely heat. Used oven and it started smoking a toxic plastic smell. It is filthy.Ac vent is green, things r low quality except for the Corelle dishes, poverty quality. Decor/furniture looks/feels like Temu. Thin, u feel the wood/metal. Cushions/pillows flat .Careless errors- spelling mistakes in welcome book/emails (see wifi)Didn't respond to 2nd message on VRBO that were sent weeks b4 the trip. Dead light bulbs, mini lights weird, stains on the wall at the head of bed.Stove light doesn't work.Wifi keeps going out and is VERY slow. Out back has new porch, behind house is wood with nails. Think it came from old porch. Hazard. Plusses: Spacious & Very hot water. Nothing else. Very disappointing. Stove, toilet, hazards and mothballs are absolutely unacceptable.

We are glad you appreciated the spacious layout and the plentiful hot water. Thank you for your feedback, as we take all guest experiences seriously. We have already addressed several of your concerns, including repairing the toilet seat, replacing the broken light fixture, cleaning up the debris behind the deck, and removing the mothballs. We have also followed up with our cleaning and maintenance teams to ensure the home, linens, and dishes meet our high cleanliness standards, and we are replacing the worn pans and assessing the appliances. Our home is professionally prepared before each arrival, and we wish you had reached out to the Guest Contact during your stay to address these issues. We would have done everything we could to resolve them immediately to make your stay more comfortable.

Pensacola weekend

The house was PERFECT for our weekend in Pensacola. It was especially convenient for us as we spent a great deal of time at UWF! The communication was very thorough, the house presented exactly how it was pictured, the check-in was super easy, and the house was clean and prepared for our stay! The only issue I have, as I have had when this request has been made by other VRBO owners, is that I do not feel I should have to strip the beds of the linens. I have no problem putting towels and kitchen towels in a laundry basket. However, since I am already paying a cleaning/service fee, I do not feel that I should have to strip the bed of linens upon departure. I feel that is a lot to ask of guests who are already paying for the stay, as a whole, and already paying a cleaning fee. Thank you so much for listing your property - we would DEFINITELY stay again!

Internet Issues

I said this property with my father for the long weekend. I had a poor experience overall. We could not get the internet to work despite repeated attempts working with property manager. Also found hairs in my bed - asked for new linen, did not receive any. The WiFi was bad. Largely unavailable and extremely slow for the brief time it worked. Ruined the ability to stream any kid of football on Saturday. Also there were a few Bugs - live centipede in the bed room and a fly found in the bathroom.
