Fully remodeled spacious, ground-level Luxury Condo located just a few feet from a sand pit, playground equipment, and (fenced) pool and hot tub. This three-bedroom and two-bath vacation home is perfect for large families or couples getaways. The master features a spacious room with a king-size bed and a private bathroom with a garden tub/shower. The second room offers a king bed and closet. The third room has a Queen bed and a twin with a large closet space. Fully furnished, large kitchen with two dining areas (seating up to 11 indoors). Large family room with TV, DVD player, and games. Large covered patio with grill, table and chairs, and seating area in a secluded area. Come enjoy sunny St. George in style!

Great place & location

The place is updated and has a very well stocked kitchen. Most everything you need for the kitchen was there! Beds were comfortable and I loved the couch in front room. The communicate was great! Loved it and definitely would stay here again!

This condo was immaculate, the owner was quick to answer any questions, helpful and kind. The Condo had a great location, it was so quiet and absolutely lovely. We will definitely stay there again!

Fabulous place

This is a fantastic place, it was stock to the max with everything we need. Very clean, big, spacious rooms, beds are comfortable, plenty of towels, location Perfecto. Mathew(owner) is easy to get in touch with and was very accommodating. We will definitely book again.

Sunshine Tournament trip

We had a great time staying here for the Sunshine baseball tournament. The condo was very clean and spacious. Loved having the ground floor with the pool right outside. The location was convenient to get everywhere we needed to go.

This condo is absolutely beautiful! Spotless and beautifully decorated. It looks better in person than it even does in the pictures. Plenty of room for the entire family, nice amenities, fully stocked kitchen. We will stay there again, if we have the chance!

Perfect family home

Talk about having everything you need when traveling with your family. The house was equipped with every necessity you could think of. It was also very clean and nicely updated. My kids had a blast and enjoyed the pool that was only a few feet away. We will definitely try and rent again next year. Thank you. The host were also very polite and easy to get a hold of when needed.

Perfect!

It was our first time in St. George and we had a tournament at nuts on fire. This location was so conveniently close to the venue as well as to stores and local places to get food. The unit is located right in front of the playground and next to the pool. You can easily sit outside and enjoy your breakfast while watching the kids play on the playground. It was such a perfect place for us for our first time in St. George and look forward to being able to go again!

Spring Break away from the Snow in Idaho

This was our second stay at Las Palmas. The location of the property is great! Close to many activities for adults and kids. The outdoor pools were heated so on rainy days we were still able to swim. Our little ones loved the outdoor play grounds as well. Our condo was clean and had everything we needed. We are hoping to visit again.

Beautiful condo!

This condo is gorgeous! We loved everything about it except there are no sheets for the couch hideaway bed. The kitchen is well stocked and remodeled so beautifully! The bedrooms are beautiful! The location is right by the waterfall pool. Thank you for letting us stay here.

Fantastic Family Week

We were incredibly pleased with everything about this location. Loved the bottom level and access to all the immediate grassy areas and the spacious unit catered to our family of 6 very comfortably... Felt like a home! The kitchen is wonderful! Would definitely rent here again! *note: the dryer cycles off repeatedly before complete and has to be restarted--should be looked at.

Great value and space!

Mark and Wendy were great to work with. We love staying at Las Palmas, and this condo was no exception. You know how real estate pictures always seem to make a property seem bigger than it is? Well, this condo is MORE SPACIOUS than the pictures online make it look: it has a huge, comfy couch with the biggest ottoman I’ve ever seen and two kitchen tables. The kitchen is well stocked with lots of cupboard space available. We will definitely be back!

Home away from home - no complaints

Relaxing, clean and everything you need. Easy to get in. Home had everything needed whether staying in and cooking or going out and coming back to relax. Towels, soft blankets, plenty of space, pots and pans, kitchenware, we didn’t need anything. Updated TV in living room and master! Steps to pool. Matt was easy to reach and available. Will for sure book same unit anytime coming back to Saint George ! No complaints!

Awesome family stay

This is a great rental. We loved how spacious it felt and the playground right outside the back sliding door. We would totally stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking for a place to stay in Saint George.

Wonderful place to stay!

Our second time staying in this unit. Loved it before and even better after the remodel! So roomy, comfortable and a great location next to the playground. If you have kids you can sit on the back patio and watch the kids play!
