We loved our stay in St George; the unit was perfectly located with easy parking and easy access to the Waterfall pool. The unit was spacious and was in excellent condition; this is our new go-to unit in St George.

Great Place

It was a perfect place to stay. Clean, comfortable, and so much for my kids to do. We enjoyed the heated pools and water slides and also enjoyed relaxing in the condo watching TV. The only thing I would've changed was staying longer.

This was perfect

We absolutely loved our stay at this condo. The clean condo was perfect and we loved that it was ground floor with one of the pools located right behind us. The property was great and clean and the amenities were accessible. The property manager also was very helpful. Definitely recommend.

Nice place to stay

Our stay was very comfortable and we enjoyed our weekend. It’s a little dated but worked very well. We needed to check in a little earlier than normal check in time and they were very accommodating

We visited Saint George for our daughter’s Afa Nationals Softball tournament. The condo comfortably fit our family of five.

Tournament stay

My daughter had a tennis tournament here and this was a great place to stay! It was very clean and comfortable. There were 5 of us staying and it was not crowded. I made note of the property, so we can stay again.

Great Place, Great Host

Check-in was easy, instructions were clear. Place was clean and well organized. There was no pack 'n play when we got there, but a quick message to the host and they responded prompt and kindly. It was a comfortable and affordable stay. Location was great for my kids. Close to the pool and playground. 10/10 would stay in this unit again.

Family resort

This is truly a family resort, if you’re looking for quiet and privacy this isn’t it. The accommodations were great. Beds and pillows very comfortable. Kitchen well stocked. Bottom floor condo so People constantly walking by when sitting on patio but this didn’t bother us. Be prepared for running little feet above you

Fun family resort!

We enjoyed Las Palmas! The resort had everything we needed and the kids had a blast! The Bemore Complex next door was fun also. We used the roller skating rink, the ninja course and nets on fire basketball courts. We’ll definitely be back!

It was nice. Wished the pool was not a public pool but that was my fault. The condo was a bit outdated and oldish. I like to stay in new places. But non of that was fault of the owner. I think the price was a little high. But overall it was just fine.

Fantastic Place to Stay!!!

The property was absolutely perfect! It met and exceeded all of our needs. There was a pool right out side the back patio. It was super clean. The host was very responsive and attentive. It is close to everything we enjoy doing. We will definitely be coming back next year!

Great Stay!

We had a great time! Property was super clean, and plenty of space for our family of four. The TVs have all the apps, kitchen had plenty of dishes, and we enjoyed grilling a couple times. We loved the onsite pools, and the club house had pickleball and basketball gear you can use. We visited zion, the coral sand dunes, sand hollow, vegas and the north rim while using this condo as our base. It was perfect!

Fun for a sports week!

We stayed for a basketball camp, and our experience was terrific! The home is walking distance to Nets on Fire, and there are plenty of amenities for the kids afterward. The waterfall pool seems to be constantly closed, but otherwise, a great experience!

Very nice property. It was clean and comfortable. My only issue was our sheets were awful- rough and pilled everywhere. I reached out and requested a new set and was told they are all the same and may be some in closet if not there was nothing they could do. The property management was not helpful the couple of times I needed assistance including trying to get tv to work. I spent lot of time trying to trouble shoot when they wouldn’t help.

Too cold

This unit is pretty nice, has all the amenities needed to spend two weeks here, and is ground level which is great. Unfortunately it was colder than weather forecasts had shown, and this place is not well insulated. I had a hard time staying warm because the heater and insulation are not adequate. Would enjoy more if the weather had been more tolerable.

This is a wonderful unit and we were so comfortable here for a two week stay! While the Las Palmas property overall is older and very much showing its age, this unit has been so nicely renovated with newer carpets, comfortable bed, kitchen with everything we needed to prepare all our own meals for two weeks, and lots of light with big windows. It's worth noting that the wifi is very strong and consistent as well - this was important for me since I was working from the apartment full time while my daughter was at Utah Tech all day. The AC is also very consistent, and that's important when it's 105 outside in the summer. In the evenings, we sometimes went to one of the pools - the "waterfall pool" is located just behind the unit, which is nice. The only note I'd add is that the pictures in the listing are a bit dated - you can't see the view from the unit/patio as pictured, since the bushes out there have grown very tall, but it's still lovely out the back of the unit with shade and open space. We'd be happy to stay in this very nice unit again.

Almost 5 Star Stay

The location was great, communication and ease of check-in was great, the property was clean and convenient to all the amenities. Our only disappointment was with the guest bedroom mattress. It wasn’t very comfortable like the mattress was worn and sinking in the middle. It did not make for a good nights rest. The only other thing is although it was clean it had a bit of a musty smell. It wasn’t horrible by any means but it was noticeable. Overall we did enjoy our stay there.

Great place to stay

I have two overall complaints. The refrigerator was very noisy when it was opened and had a small amount of leakage. For the price of the house it should have been in good repair. Second one is the waterfall pool was closed the entire visit although one of the ads for the place was the waterfall pool. It was not closed for repair of the pool it was close for repair of the lock which I feel could have had a work around. The house was nice and the price was reasonable. The communication was great and things got handled by the owner quickly if there was a problem. We had a good time.
