Nestled among lodge pole pines and aspen trees, Sawmill Creek Chalet offers an unforgettable ski in, ski out mountain living experience. Highlights of this spacious and sparkling clean property include breathtaking views, a gas fireplace, private hot tub, and more. This is the perfect mountain getaway for your entire group of friends or family.
We are pleased to supply our guests with a variety of essentials to elevate the comfort and value of our home. The property comes stocked with a generous supply of paper products (toilet paper, paper towels, facial tissues), bathroom toiletries (shampoo, conditioner, bar soap, hand soap, air freshener, daily shower cleaner, designated make up towels), kitchen products (a variety of cleaning supplies, sponges, dish soap, dishwasher detergent, trash bags), and complimentary locally roasted coffee.
In the Winter - When you are ready to hit the slopes, walk right across the street to the Four O'Clock Ski Run, which leads to the base of the Snowflake Lift.
In the Summer/Fall - Access beautiful hiking trails right out the front door or take a 10 minute walk to downtown Breckenridge. (The walk back is up hill!)
Enjoy the additional convenience of being less than a five-minute drive to historic Main Street Breckenridge as well as the nearest grocery store, and more.
After a day on the slopes or trails, retreat to your own little slice of mountainside peace and tranquility. Take a soak in the private hot tub, sip coffee on the large outdoor deck, and watch for local wildlife while gazing at the excellent mountain views!
4 Bedroom / 3.5 Bathroom home with private outdoor deck, hot tub and gas fireplace. The living area is bright, spacious and comfortable with plenty of seating for the whole family. Take in the panoramic sunrise and sunset mountain views and cuddle up next to the fireplace. Just off of the living area is a large attached deck, great for outdoor dining or happy hour. The hot tub is located on a private deck on the side of the home. Stargazing from the hot tub is a must during your stay!
The updated kitchen is equipped with everything you could possibly need to cook meals for the entire family. The dining area has plenty of seating with room for six at the dining room table and seating for four more at the bar next to the dining table.
Three of the four bedrooms are located on the lower level.
- The primary bedroom has one king size bed, en suite bathroom, and mountain views.
- The second bedroom has one queen size bed and en suite bathroom.
- The third bedroom has one queen size bed. There is a third bathroom located on the lower level, as well as a laundry room with full size washer/dryer. All bedrooms are equipped with a TV.
- The fourth bedroom located on the main level of the home is perfect for the kids. The room has a lofted space with four twin size beds including one roll-out trundle. The fourth bedroom has a door that leads to the garage where the kids can enjoy their own space with a large TV and foosball table. Additional sleeping arrangements include a sleeper sofa in the living room.
