Absolutely no pets allowed. This rule is strictly enforced to protect the home and those with allergies.

👥 Primary Renter Requirements

You must be 25 years or older to book.

The booking guest must be present for the entire stay.

Smoking, vaping, and any form of tobacco or marijuana use are not permitted inside the home or on the decks.

🔇 Quiet Hours

Please respect quiet hours from 10 PM to 7 AM.
This is a peaceful residential neighborhood—sound carries in the mountains.
All outside lights must be turned off by 10:00pm.

Driveway parking only (maximum of 2 vehicles)

There is absolutely no street parking this includes the dead end nearest your driveway. A reminder: The garage is not available. If you have 2 vehicles, they both must fit the length of the driveway roughly 26 feet.

No glass in or near the hot tub

Store trash only in the designated bins

Do not leave food or coolers outside—wildlife is active in this area

Please ensure that any garbage bags are taken to the enclosed dumpster and placed inside the dumpster and not left by the dumpster.
