Located on the 8th fairway of the Old Brockway Golf Course in Kings Beach, this 4 bedroom/4 bathroom luxury home offers wonderful seclusion along with many of the amenities discerning guests appreciate including fully remodeled kitchen, bathrooms, flooring, three ensuite bedrooms, 2 car garage, and a large bunk room to help spread the family out. The home is centrally located to walk to all the conveniences in Kings Beach including Safeway, North Tahoe Beach Center, Spindleshanks Restaurant, and the shops and stores in Kings Beach .

*For larger groups including weddings and family reunions, this home is a very short walk to the Fairway Cabin, Hole in One Cabin and Foursome Cabin with Hot Tub.

Dog owners get more Lake Tahoe Pet Friendly Information and Dog Friendly Restaurants.

All vacation rental properties are fully equipped with free high speed wireless internet, linens, bath towels (equal to the maximum occupancy of the house), pots/pans, dishes, microwave, coffee pot, blender, toaster, TV/TV's with streaming services, washer & dryer and barbecue (many are only usable in the summer). The house will also provide a starter set of toilet paper, soap, and paper towels.

A double eagle!

We loved this property. We've been staying in the neighborhood for a number of years and wanted a place on the golf course and this place doesn't disappoint. It feels huge and has excellent separation of space. The huge loft style bedroom is over the garage so its perfect for heavy footed kids (our kids sound like Sasquatch is coming down the hallway). Each bedroom has it's own bathroom with shower which for group travel is a real bonus (it has an on demand water heater means endless supply of hot water). Easy walk to town and the beach, great views, lots of light, book it now! One note is this house is about mid-fairway on the 8th hole and is a hot spot for errant golf balls. There is a protective net, but something to be aware of if that would bother you.

Glassware for either 2, 4 or 6. The house sleeps 10. AOne burner on stovetop didn’t work This home, managed by Agate Bay Realty, was represented as a Luxury property. It was anything but that. They only communicated through text and just kept saying “thank you letting us know about the problems” but didn’t offer to do anything until Saturday, our third day there. Their offer was to send housekeeping over, but at that point it was really too late. We were all disgusted with the condition of the property. Housekeeping were the ones who neglected to change the soiled mattress cover in the master when they made the bed in preparation for our visit. A big thumbs down for Agate Bay Realty and this property.

Perfect for families

This house was fabulous. We have 5 kids and the bedroom set up was perfect for a large family. My mother even came and she had her own bedroom on the first floor (she didn’t have to worry about stairs). The upstairs has a master and another bedroom, both with private baths. And the 4th bedroom was perfect for the kids, with 2 full beds and the bunk beds, private bathroom too. I originally thought from the pictures that this was a loft, and was worried about being able to hear them from downstairs. But it’s a completely separate room above the garage, with a door to close it off, its own heating zone, perfect for the kids! The fireplace in the living room lets off a lot of heat making it always warm and cozy. The house is great proximity to the lake, Northstar, supermarket & restaurants. My only complaint is that the backyard is not fenced in, it would have been nice to have a small fence to close it off back there. But otherwise this house was perfect and we would definitely book it again!
