Beautifully remodeled, fully furnished, upscale townhome. New flooring, all new bathrooms and fixtures, remodeled kitchen and closets, and freshly painted. Fantastic location on exclusive Riviera Drive just 2 short blocks from Sail Bay and 7 blocks to Pacific Beach. This unit offers a perfect location for traveling workers, snowbirds, or someone looking for an extended getaway. Enjoy the relaxed coastal lifestyle, walking distance to beach and bay recreational activities, trendy restaurants, beachfront cafes, shops and neighborhood markets. Use our stand- up paddle boards, two-person kayak and other beach gear on the bay. Use our bicycle for a beautiful ride around bay or cruise the boardwalk at the beach. Private parking space in our gated garage and ample on street parking.
The first floor features an open floor plan with high ceilings, large windows, living area with large flat screen TV, couch, fireplace, and sectional sofa. Downstairs balcony has a barbecue and sitting area. Upstairs balcony off the master bedroom also has a sitting area.
A dining area is situated between the living room and kitchen. A spacious fully remodeled kitchen features large granite countertops, ample cabinet space, and stainless-steel appliances.
The half bath is located on the first floor near the back entry, which leads to a gated garage with designated parking, paddle boards, kayak, and beach amenities. Full size washer and dryer are on the second floor in the hallway between the bedrooms.
Two bedrooms are located on the 2nd floor. The master has a California King size bed, full-size bath, custom closets, nightstands, dressers, large windows. Linens, blankets, duvet and full towel sets are provided.
The first bedroom has a loft-like layout with ample floor space, walk-in closet, and two-section master bath area with a pocket door separating a dual-sink vanity area from the oversized tub/shower and lavatory.
The second bedroom is also similar to a master and has a full bath with shower, walk-in closet, flat screen TV and office area with a desk, color printer, and basic office supplies/accessories.
This end corner townhome has no unit above or below for extra peace and privacy. Skylights and hardwood floors throughout make the home light and bright and new double-paned windows reduce noise and heat.
This townhome is available for four months from December 1st through March 31st. Priority given to renter who will rent for four months but owner will consider a shorter term. Owner pays for water, cable, internet, and trash. Renter is responsible for gas and electric. No smoking and no pets, firm. Common area is available for outdoor barbecues.
