The Space:
Centrally located in Brunswick, this cozy yet spacious 3 bedroom 2 bath rancher is close to restaurants, shopping, and parks/nature trails. A short 30-minute drive to the beaches of our golden isles, this home has all the amenities for a long stay or a quick trip. With smart TVs in all the rooms to watch your streaming services, a desk and chair for catching up on work, and a fully stocked kitchen, it is a home away from home.
The Space
There is a spacious, fully fenced yard for your pups, and an enclosed porch with a dining table to enjoy dinner or game night with the family.
The master bedroom has a king bed and an ensuite bathroom with a shower. The guest rooms have queen beds and the guest bath has a tub/shower. There is plenty of parking with a two-car garage and a covered car port.
Other things to note:
Anything other than a regular vehicle may be prohibited or may not fit on the property. If you plan to bring a trailer, motorcycle, boat or any other commercial or recreational vehicle, please inquire with the host about whether this is allowed.
Please consider purchasing travel insurance for your trip. This may cover you for instances of medical emergencies or inclement weather. We unfortunately can’t offer refunds for these types of situations so we want to ensure you’ve properly covered yourself.
Pack N Play and strollers available upon request for $15 each for the duration of your stay. Please notify us at least 1 day in advance if you would like to rent them so we can ensure they are delivered prior to your arrival.
Guests must be at least 24 years old to book this property.
After booking we do require a rental agreement and rental form to be signed in order to stay at our home. We appreciate the understanding on this as we want to protect all parties involved!
There is a $50 non-refundable processing fee that applies to all reservations.
Other Things to Note:
For any stay 60 or more days, an additional cleaning fee of $185 will be added after booking. If the cleaning fee is unpaid 7 days prior to check-in, we reserve the right to cancel your reservation without a refund.
For stays of 30 nights or more, we will collect a $750 refundable security deposit.
Linens are provided for your stay along with a starter set of paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags, shampoo, body wash and laundry pods. They will not be replenished during your stay so make sure to bring some extras if you need!
No noise after 10pm per county ordinance. Violation of ordinance will result in immediate eviction without refund.
No parking on the lawn.

This house is clean. In a good location close to everything. Has nice yard if you are traveling with a pet. It would be nice if they had a grill. Need more pots and bowls if you are planning on cooking while there otherwise what is there will suffice.

Relaxing Weekend
Perfect location! Perfect size rooms and comfy beds. Very neat and clean. Enjoyed our time together and our furry friend loved the back yard and going for his daily walks. Short distance from St. Simon’s and all the shops and restaurants. Will be back again next year.

This home worked well for our needs during the weekend while in town for a wedding in nearby Jeckyll Island. The property itself was cozy and comfortable, though a little understocked in the kitchen and some small things that were off like the dishwasher soap pod being broken and the bathroom configurations a little odd—likely the era of the house. But overall, if fit the bill for our needs, including traveling with pets which was key, right off I-95 and very close to plenty of places to eat and shop.

Perfect housing for a short temporary quarters before moving into new house!
Decorated cozy, supplies provided were very helpful. Good neighborhood for kids to ride their bikes. Good location. Fenced backyard was perfect for a dog. Screened porch was beautiful for eating. Would recommend to others. Host was very responsive and pleasant to work with!

Very nice stay
The property is even nicer than it looks online. It’s in a lovely quiet neighborhood conveniently located close to shopping and with easy access to the highway and a short drive to either Saint Simon’s or Jekyll Island. So it makes a great base for exploring the area. The house backs onto a green space and the fenced yard is very private. We really enjoyed watching all the birds from the screened porch. The beds were comfy, the kitchen was well equipped and the wifi was excellent. The place has been tastefully updated and is impeccably clean. We had a great stay.
