The Space:

Welcome to your cozy home away from home! This beautifully renovated 2 bedroom 1 bath house leaves our guests wanting nothing. It's situated right in downtown Brunswick, just a couple of minutes drive from all the wonderful restaurants, boutique shops and distilleries/breweries that make this area so unique. It's also 10 minutes from the front door to the beaches! You can experience the island life without the island prices!



Every detail in the home was well-thought out and is brand new. The kitchen is perfectly stocked with all the items you need for whipping up a gourmet dinner. There is a coffee and wine bar that includes tea, a drip coffee maker and a Keurig.  There are wine glasses and even a wine chiller!



The living room offers ample seating for everyone to enjoy some time together.



For those guests that need a separate space to work remotely, we have a desk situated right by the windows for you to have a view of the outside while working.



One bedroom contains a Queen bed and the second has a bunk bed with a twin bed on top and a twin and full bed on the bottom.



The backyard is private with plenty of space for you to enjoy. The screened in side porch is perfect for having a glass of wine or morning coffee!



Please Note:



*Anything other than a regular vehicle may be prohibited or may not fit on the property. If you plan to bring a trailer, motorcycle, boat or any other commercial or recreational vehicle, please inquire with the host about whether this is allowed.*



Pack N Play and strollers available upon request for $15 each for the duration of your stay. Please notify us at least 1 day in advance if you would like to rent them so we can ensure they are delivered prior to your arrival.



Please consider purchasing travel insurance for your trip. This may cover you for instances of medical emergencies or inclement weather. We unfortunately can’t offer refunds for these types of situations so we want to ensure you’ve properly covered yourself.



Guests must be at least 24 years old to book this property.



After booking we do require a rental agreement and rental form to be signed in order to stay at our home. We appreciate the understanding on this as we want to protect all parties involved!



Guest Access:

This beautiful home is accessible through an electronic lock so you can check in anytime after 4pm, at your convenience.

This is one of Brunswick's historical, quiet neighborhoods that is central to everything!



Getting Around:

Convenience is key, and this vacation rental excels in providing easy access to nearby attractions and essential amenities. Hop in your car, and within a mere 15-minute drive, you'll find yourself on the beautiful St. Simons Island. Explore the scenic landscapes, visit local shops, or relax on the pristine beaches, all just a short distance away.



For a change of scenery, venture a bit further, and within a half an hour, you can reach the picturesque beaches of Jekyll Island. Whether you're into sunbathing, water sports, or simply strolling along the shore, these sandy getaways offer a perfect retreat.



Other Things to Note:

For any stay 60 or more days, an additional cleaning fee of $95 will be added after booking. If the cleaning fee is unpaid 7 days prior to check-in, we reserve the right to cancel your reservation without a refund. 



For stays of 30 nights or more, we will collect a $750 refundable security deposit.



Linens are provided for your stay along with a starter set of paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags, shampoo, body wash and laundry pods. They will not be replenished during your stay so make sure to bring some extras if you need!
