Welcome to 'Dancing Bears' at Golfview Resort, a beautifully appointed property next to the Gatlinburg Golf course, located in Pigeon Forge right off Dollywood lane. The resort is just minutes from Dollywood theme parks and local Pigeon Forge attractions like The Old Mill District & The Island. We are 2.5 miles (~7 min) from The Ripken Experience and 8 miles (20 min) to the Great Smoky Mountain National Park. The resort features a beautiful outdoor pool area with hot tub (open seasonally) & an indoor heated pool for swimming and is open year round. The building also features a covered parking garage with elevator access to the main level.

Our condominium offers the following amenities for our guests :

• 2 Bedrooms & 2 Bathrooms - The master bedroom features a king-sized bed and a private en suite bathroom. Bedroom 2 has a queen-sized bed and en suite bathroom. Both bedrooms offer ceiling fans. There are also a roll away cot located in each bedroom closet (twin sized). Linens and towels provided.

• A spacious open concept living area and dining area that seats 6

• A fully-stocked kitchen complete with dishes, pots/pans, microwave, stove, oven, refrigerator, & dishwasher. Features a traditional coffee maker.

• Free Wi-fi with TVs in each bedroom which feature basic cable. TV in the Living room is a smart TV so use your favorite apps.

• A private washer and dryer in the condo for guest use.

• Front and rear patios for relaxing outdoors

Everything was beautifully decorated for Christmas. We loved the bear decor. The condo was exceptionally clean and quiet. Beds were comfortable. Perfect location for a quick Dollywood trip. We highly recommend this condo.
Double fireplace was great and added to the Christmas spirit.
Nice large dining table.

enjoyed it very much. loved the decor. it would be nice to have a garbage disposal. one big negative was the 2 heat exchanger? outside the master bedroom was very loud and annoying especially at night. . l wasn’t able to sleep very well, so i doubt we would stay there again. Everything else was great. something to mention to the building owners is there needs to be better lighting at the entrance. We missed the turn several times especially at night.

There were very few negatives at this condo. Cozy and beary friendly. Forgot to bring codes for t.v. other than local.The fireworks view of Dollywood was a bonus, although the trees need to be topped a bit. A few negatives... the jacuzzi tub/shower is very hard on someone with leg disabilities and I would not use a jacuzzi with grimy vents. Need a little TLC.Overall would go again, but take the smaller bedroom that had a walk-in shower.

The condo itself was fabulous. Spacious and plenty of room for the family. Great amenities including a jacuzzi tub and two separate bathrooms. The hosts were excellent and had great communication. One complaint about the condo resort was the pools were not as well maintained as they could be. Overall, we were very satisfied with our stay. Great location and lovely for a family!

Perfect for our week in Pigeon Forge

Property was as described in posting. It was as we expected, and met our needs. There are 2 bathrooms. The master bath does have a jetted bath tub that is somewhat difficult to get in and out of, but the 2nd bathroom does have a more easily accessible shower. The host was awesome with communication. I’m pretty picky, and I would be very comfortable recommending this property to family and friends.

PERFECT for our stay!

We go to "The Mountains" i.e. Gatlinburg & Pigeon Forge at least once a year, sometimes twice and have been for many many years. The Dancing Bears condo was perfect for our family of four this time and we will most definitely stay there again! The location was great and the property was very clean. The kids loved the inside pool. We didn't get to spend much time in the outside pool as it was just too cold. All in all, we had a fantastic stay and loved the condo.

Smokey Mountain visit

The condo was a great location for Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg and close to the Parkway. The condo was very spacious and clean, plenty of towels and amenities. Easy check in and check out. We would definitely stay here again

Thanksgiving Family Trip

Condo was exactly as pictured. It was very clean and had a well-stocked kitchen and open floor plan. The Christmas decor was great! My daughter loved the rollaway bed, and the mattress was very comfortable. The condo is in a perfect location, very close to Dollywood and the Parkway, but still have the feel of being away in the mountains. Parking in the garage was no problem. Elevator access was easy. The only negative from the trip was you could hear the neighbors that stayed right above the condo. It was no fault of the owners, just FYI if anyone is a light sleeper. We could hear kids running upstairs at all hours of the night and it sounded like a herd of elephants. This did not deter our enjoyment of the trip.

The 2 bedroom condo was perfect. The hot tub and pool were very clean. It was close to all the main restaurants, museums and stores etc.

Family Condo

We enjoyed our stay. We were in TN for my son to play baseball at Ripken Experience. The condo was only 2 miles from ballpark and the Island. Condo was very clean and we felt at home during our stay. Parking was also great. My only complaint is the guest in the condo above were very loud. It sounded like they were bouncing a ball on the floor constantly.

Baseball Tournament

We stayed the week for a baseball tournament at Ripken. Perfect location and close to everything we needed. Hosts were very responsive. Place was plenty big enough and very clean. Definitely would stay again.

Amazing experience

This “Dancing Bears” condo was the best choice! The owners do a great job maintaining it clean an it is very family friendly not to mention great communication! It was hard to have to go home as we felt so comfortable but we are excited to come back! Staying here made our Tennessee experience unforgettable ❤️ Thank you!
