Check out this condo in Whispering Pines, Hello Sunshine. This 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo is located right off of the Pigeon Forge strip near The Old Mill. This condo is located on the second floor, but there are elevators and luggage carts available! A short walk away is the indoor pool, hot tub, and gym. During the warmer months an outdoor lazy river, pool, and hot tub is also available (Dates are set by the HOA based off weather so we cannot guarantee that it will be opened before/after Memorial Day to Labor Day). Enjoy a jetted jacuzzi tub in the primary bedroom! Enjoy the gas fireplace in the living room (seasonal) and some outdoor dining on the covered patio.

This was a wonderful place to stay. The complex was clean & well maintained. The condo itself was beautifully decorated and was also very clean & well maintained. The Christmas tree was a wonderful touch. All of the beds were comfy - even the little ones said the sofa sleeper was comfortable. We had great communication from the hosts. They checked in by text to make sure we made it safely and had everything we needed. Then also checked in periodically during our stay. We enjoyed the indoor pool and hot tub as well.

The balcony was nice, especially to do some reading each morning. We ended up doing a lot of other activities and did not use the pool facilities.

Our stay was amazing. The host reached out to us our first day to welcome us and to let us know if we had any isssues they were a text away. The condo was great. Tastefully decorated with little notes of instruction and inspiration sprinkled around. There was plenty of space and the bedrooms are huge. The location was prime. Just a block off thr main parkway made it easy to get to. The only thing that was difficult was finding the building numbers. Hint: they are located up high on the buildings. Little hard to see at night since they are not lit. We would definitely stay here again!

We travel to Pigeon Forge / Gatlinburg a couple of times per year for a quick vacation. The first thing we noticed was the cleanliness of the room. Typically even when staying in cabins the cleanliness is in line with what I would consider to be hotel cleanliness (not great). But the cleaning crew of this condo was excellent! The location is great! It is directly off the parkway, and if you wanted to walk instead of drive it would be possible. All in all this stay was a great experience, and my wife and I both agreed we would be staying here again in the future.

Stayed 3 nights very clean and as described. Easy access to Dollywood and Pirates dinner show which we enjoyed. Did not use pool as our time was limited. Would definitely stay again if in the area.

The Condo was very nice and comfortable with one HUGE exception. The bed in the Master Bedroom was horrific. My husband and I are both 5ft 8in. We are not short people - we are average height. The bed was absolutely horrible to climb up on. The step stools were small and scary. I've never wanted to go get a saw and cut off the legs of any piece of furniture so bad in all of my life. Someone is going to get badly hurt falling off of this bed. The height of the bed was a bit higher than our waist line. My friends who were with us also tried climbing on the bed and it was scary for them as well. I highly recommend a new bed brought in or get a carpenter to come in and take the wooden legs down at least 2 feet if possible. This is an accident just waiting to happen!

Did not realize the property had different companies renting different condos. I have stayed there many times and I thought when I made reservations I was dealing with Whispering Pines. I did not pay enough attention to the condo I got. I really, really like the street view not the mountain. So I was a little disappointed that was not what I had.

LOCATION LOCATION LOCATION!! Literally everything is only a couple of minutes away but it’s still quiet and peaceful! Condo was nice and roomy. The hosts are amazing, very helpful and informative and easy to communicate with! They made sure our stay was perfect from start to finish! We will definitely stay here again!

2025 Spring Break

Perfect location for a spring break trip with our grandkids. The condo was very clean and had everything needed. Easy access to all the attractions, approximately 15 minutes to Gatlinburg. The hosts did a great job of communicating before and during our trip. Would definitely stay here again.

Nice condo. Only complaint was the bed was so high. I did use the step stool which was handy. Decor was soothing, not overwhelming. Nice stay for us. Would definitely stay again.
