Stokes Bay is a community (Canadian Post code N0H 0A9), in the Municipality of Northern Bruce Peninsula on Bruce Peninsula (which partly encloses Georgian Bay), and the eastern shore of Lake Huron, in Ontario. It is close to the locally favourited beach of Black Creek Provincial Park ('Little Sandy'), the harbour of Lion's Head, The Bruce Trail and extended drive to Tobermory.

The Anchorage beckons you to its timber-framed grandeur, a sumptuous haven set on the tranquil Tamarac Island, accessible via a serene municipal road. Here, families and groups can indulge in a haven of luxury where the lake's panorama unfolds before you, and the deep, inviting waters await.

Step into an oasis where landscaping artistry and pathways wind through lush gardens, leading you to views that overlook the pristine Black Creek Provincial Park & Garden Island. Every inch of this 3,710 square foot masterpiece is crafted with impeccable detail.

The Great Room, with its soaring 24-foot ceiling and grand beach-stone fireplace, is a marvel, its windows a canvas capturing the shoreline and a private deck that extends into a bespoke docking system. Slate floors, solid Madawaska doors, and artisan staircases underscore the exclusivity of The Anchorage.

The main level hosts a regal primary suite that opens onto a secluded deck by the water, an opulent ensuite, and a generous walk-in closet. The Chef's Kitchen is a culinary dream with premium GE Cafe appliances, granite counters, and a walk-in pantry. A commodious dining area presents water views and opens to an expansive screened porch and deck.

Ascend to the loft, a retreat within itself, offering a lounge and additional sleeping quarters. The lower level is a realm of entertainment, featuring a family room, full wet bar, and access to a waterside patio. Two substantial bedrooms, each with walk-in closets and private ensuites, complete this family-centric paradise.
