Very peaceful neighborhood. We are 25 min away from Cape Coral downtown and 25 min aways from punta gorda. You can enjoy the pool and relax during your stay. Private entrance. Private bathroom attach to the room. There is tv and wifi available in the room.

It was clean very small. The only issue we had was we had no heat in there as it was so cold out.

perfect getaway

My now husband and i spent our honeymoon at this stay and we had a lovely time! place was clean and cozy, we pretty much got in the pool everyday that we stayed. Check in process was very easy and the bedroom was very comfortable. The neighborhood was quiet and quaint, we visited many restaurants and a beach and everything was decently in the area! 10/10 would recommend for a lovely getaway, we plan on coming back whenever the opportunity presents itself.

Fantastic property

The premises were immaculate and well appointed. Nice new tiled shower. The refrigerator was a nice size and the management supplied 4 K-Cups to make coffee for the 2 days I stayed. It wads nice and quiet. The bed was very comfortable.

Bed is just a full bed (no size on listing); so can be a bit uncomfortable if 2 are sleeping in the bed. Room located at back of house with only stepping stones to get there; you must carry your luggage in. Could hear a bit through the wall; especially a barking dog that carried on for a bit. Safe neighborhood & fairly convenient to drive to restaurants.

It shouldn't be for seniors

Starting with the walkway very difficult to walk with suitcases. Stepping Stones is not the way to go when you have heavy luggage you can't roll it. No cable TV. And sheets that are stained with Clorox and other. Footboard sticks out so far cut my leg on it. they did try to fix the issue with the TV but it did not help- band Aids and alcohol to clean cut by owner.

So sorry that you left a bad review because I did not wanted to give you a full refund. Careful with this lady she will enjoy her stay in your place and then ask for a full refund. She stay at my place almost a month ago. One day before she posted this review she called me asking for a full refund because I did not have cable tv ( I do not have cable tv but. A smart tv with Netflix and other apps that you can watch for free ) she never mention anything else I told her I will talked it out with my husband. I could not get back to her the same day so she posted this bad review ! Then she went through the app to get her money back they denied it and now a month later she is still trying to get a review after staying 6 days at my place. If she would have leave the first night I would gladly give her a refund because she really didn’t like the place for any reason. But after staying 6 days with out complains I can tell she is a scammer and will not rest in peace until she gets some money.

The hosts were fantastic. This room was so much better than a hotel. Great bathroom and bedroom. The only 2 suggestions I have are1) there is no way to control the room temp because it’s connected to the temp set at the main house. There is a ceiling fan which helps. 2) there is nowhere to sit inside the room to work/use laptop. On my last day I found a folding chair in the closet but I’m not sure where it would work. I sat outside to work with my laptop on a pillow in my lap. I would stay here again. Just two minor things for suggested improvements.

Die Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich und haben den Check In für uns angenehm und einfach gestaltet. Das Appartement ist zwar sehr klein...aber ausreichend ausgestattet. Guter Kaffee, Milch, Zucker und sogar ein Bier war zur Begrüßung im Kühlschrank. Der Pool ist toll und erfrischend. Alles in Allem...eine tolle Unterkunft.
