The rambling 6,000 square foot home was specifically designed for entertaining and maximum leisure. Primrose accommodates large groups with ease thanks to its generously-sized indoor and outdoor communal spaces and cozy bedrooms.

The centerpiece of Primrose is the 1,600 square foot custom-built open concept chef’s kitchen & great room with floor-to-ceiling sliding glass doors that keep the outdoors within arm’s reach. Outfitted with professional-grade appliances and multiple zones for cooking and entertaining, the kitchen just might inspire your group to undertake a Top Chef-style competition! Adjacent to the kitchen is an impressive dining table that seats 24 people and a plush conversational seating area perfect for curling up with good friends or a good book.

The home’s main level also includes 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, plus a convenient desk area and pool lounge with a small dining table and smart TV.

The second level provides an additional 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, plus a welcoming lounge area and coffee nook with a small refrigerator.

The fully-finished basement is well-equipped with a spacious home theater, game room with pool table and ping-pong, and playroom with an assortment of children’s games, toys, and books.

Primrose’s private, completely fenced backyard includes a large heated swimming pool with safety cover, two hot tubs, outdoor fireplace, outdoor dining area with gas grill, and fire pit. Primrose’s highly desirable location lends a secluded vibe while being just 2 blocks from Lake Michigan’s pristine beaches. Situated among the region’s beach communities along Red Arrow Highway, downtown Union Pier is within walking distance and it is a short drive to family-friendly New Buffalo.

Please note that by booking this property, all guests must agree to follow these house rules:
- The maximum capacity for the Primrose house is 28 people. Under no circumstances are more than 28 people allowed on the property at any time.
- Must be at least 30 years old to book and the average guest age must be 30 or older.
- Quiet Hours from 10pm to 8am are strictly enforced. Absolutely no amplified equipment may be used outdoors other than the on-site A/V system.
- Events of any kind are prohibited at this property, no exceptions.
- No excessive noise, fireworks, or hunting allowed.
- No High School, Prom, College, or MBA groups.
- No smoking inside the house or on the property.
- The pool is typically open May 1-October 31, depending on the weather. Hot tubs are open all year!
