Welcome to the Sunnyside remodeled 3800 square foot home in the heart of Harbor Country, Michigan!
Tucked away on a large wooded lot with towering trees, this 6 bedroom 4 bathroom home is perfect for large family with kids. Step inside and be greeted by the warm and inviting atmosphere of the home. The spacious open concept floor plan offers natural light, kitchen with new stainless steel appliances, custom cabinetry, and a large island. The adjacent dining area is perfect for hosting family and friends . The living room is designed with comfort and relaxation , offering a welcome space to unwind, watch movies and share memories with family and friends. The main level has a primary bedroom with king bed and trundle full size bed for young guests. It has an en-suite bath with a walk in shower.
First floor also offers two bedrooms each with queen bed with a large window and door to the outdoor wooden deck and pool
Second floor features two large bedrooms with Jack and Jill bathroom large bathtub and double sink
Pool side bedroom has a queen bed and a crib for the little one
Second bedroom has a queen bed and twin over twin bunk bed and tv
Amazing outdoor space including large deck, eating area, hot tub, fire-pit, large playground, HEATED salt water POOL 14’x36’ ,6 ft deep with tanning ledge open from Memorial Day weekend till end of September , front patio with seating area.
HOT TUB - 7 person built into the deck.

For those times when you decide to venture out, you'll find the location convenient to everything the region has to offer. sunny side is located 2.5 miles from the Sawyer exit on 1-94. The nearest town is Three Oaks (5 miles) but its central location provides easy access to the nearby communities of Union Pier (4.9 miles), Lakeside (3.0 miles), New Buffalo (8.8 miles) and Sawyer (3.0 miles). The nearest public beaches Cherry beach (1.8 miles ), Harbert beach (2.0 miles )

This house and the location was beautiful! It was very clean and we had everything we needed. My grandchildren loved the pool, the playground, and the fire pit where they told scary stories.!! we all want to come back next year!!

An amazing place for a family and large groups! The house was so spacious, beautiful inside and out, great layout with all that you needed for your stay. We used every part of the house from the kitchen, dining, hot tub, and outdoor fire pit. It was super clean and very modern. Loved the outdoor area where we spent a lot of time. Was quiet and beautiful. Very close to all the breweries and places you wanted to visit. Check in was super easy and the host was great to communicate with. Great place!

Our stay was great! The house is so nice and had everything you would need. We had a 2 yr old and 7 yr old with us and they loved the pool, playset and all the toys for them in the house. Communication with the owner was great and immediately got back to me if I had any questions.

The house was large enough for 10 adults and 5 children. The kitchen was well stocked. Nice big dining table. We loved the pool and spent many hours playing in the water. So many fun toys inside and out!

This house fit our extended family really well!! We had cousins ranging in age from 4-17 and all had an amazing time on the playground, pool, or enjoying a movie together. Will definitely come back one day!!

Family fun!

Fun for all ages! What a great way to get away and stay together. We’ve taken the grands to Disney but lacked time engaging in activities together. This weekend filled that gap! Bring a crockpot or air fryer, those were the only appliances we may have used that weren’t available.

Harbert House

We really enjoyed our stay at the Harbert House. The house was nicely decorated with a large open area in the kitchen/living room where our group of 7 adults could gather together. The outside area with beautiful pool, hot tub and fire pit was just what we were looking for! Although we did not have any children along, this house had a great outdoor playground and game room inside that all would enjoy. The owner, Lukasz was quick to respond to any questions we had. Hope to stay here again.

Amazing home in every possible way!

We’ve been renting homes through VRBO for over a decade and this home was hands down the best rental experience we have ever had. They have literally thought of every detail! There is nothing lacking and everything is high quality and lovely. Our kids were literally screaming with joy and excitement when we arrived due to the choice of rooms the pool hot tub games and toys. We will definitely be back. Great quiet location but our teesns were easily able to bike to the beach.

Family Vacation

Our trip to Harbert was to celebrate our 40-year wedding anniversary with our adult children and young grandchildren. With that, the house was set up perfectly for our family. We utilized practically everything that this home offered and were appreciative of the detail the host went to in setting it up. The proximity to Cherry Beach was a bonus and only made our stay that much better. The pool setup was fantastic, as were the other play places for the grandkids. The spacious and open kitchen/dining area/family room provided a wonderful space for everyone to enjoy time together and to create many new memories.It’s not often that you can take a large family on a trip without a certain degree of stress and having to pivot on the fly. This trip was packed with relaxation and stress-free enjoyment, as we didn’t have to worry about a thing because it was all there for us. Thank you…
