Descripción del primer piso.
Brillante y el sol archivado Great Room, plano de planta abierto con techos altos. Sala de estar, comedor, chimenea, cocina comercial personalizada con electrodomésticos de acero inoxidable y encimeras de granito. Habitación principal con vestidor y baño privado. Segundo dormitorio, literas gemelas incorporadas con baño privado. Habitación familiar: oficina con TV, equipo de música, amplia colección de DVD e Internet de alta velocidad, puertas francesas con bolsillo de vidrio cerrado para mayor privacidad.

Segunda planta:
Dos dormitorios adicionales. Una con dos camas individuales y otra con una cama queen, ambas comparten un baño considerable con bañera. Altillo abierto con dos camas individuales. El baño está bien equipado con lavabos dobles, encimeras de piedra y pisos de piedra.

Comodidades:
Pisos de roble antiguos en toda la casa, ropa de cama italiana prensada a mano y seca, China, Crystal y Baccarat. Amplia colección de arte, piano Yamaha, aire acondicionado, ventiladores de techo en todas partes. Televisores de pantalla plana en cada habitación. Ducha exterior, gran terraza soleada en la Gran Sala, sillones de teca, mesa de comedor y juego de sofás al aire libre, sombrillas, jardineras y parrilla de gas.

We were so happy with our visit to this beautiful home on Nantucket for a wedding. Property was immaculate, home was very tastefully decorated, kitchen held every thing that you could possibly need. The extra touches of soap, tissues, paper towels etc made the need to rush out to the grocery store right away a little less necessary. Maureen was attentive and accommodating to our every need. Location was great…we were able to walk into town, to beaches etc within 15 mins yet felt we were a little out of the busier downtown area. Thank you Maureen….we will be back!!

The Maureen was incredibly available to answer any questions throughout the process from the beginning….the house was stunning and very spacious….everything we needed was right there for us to use… location is walking distance to town.We would happily recommend this home for a getaway.

Spectacular Nantucket Home

This was a picture-perfect home for our family! It was even better than the gorgeous pictures in the listing, close to town and beaches and a wonderful kitchen and back deck for family meals and games. Maureen was super easy to work with and responsive and great with suggestions for babysitters and services on the island. We absolutely loved our stay here and did not want to leave!

Silver Lining - great family vacation

Home was very comfortable for four generations of guests. It was as nicely kept as advertised. Convenient to beaches and downtown. There was nothing we needed that wasn’t available to us at the home and Maureen was great about checking in with us.

Excellent Location

Size of house was perfect for our needs. Very clean and main floor layout was excellent. Easy walk to town eliminated any hassle of finding a parking space. A 3 day nor'easter caused multi-day flooding of streets, especially in Brant Point but our house manager helped us deal with that minor setback. Overall we had a great 2 week stay.

Family reunion trip

Our mixed age group of 6 really enjoyed our stay - the house is lovely and so comfortable with beautiful light, gorgeous furnishings and plenty of room to spread out. We also loved the location which is walking distance to town and several beaches. Highly recommend this rental!

A fantastic family getaway, we didn’t want to leave!

Our stay at this upscale house in Brant Point was nothing but amazing from beginning to end. Even before we confirmed our booking, Maureen was so helpful and accommodating in answering my questions, was efficient in her response time and flexible as I inquired about dates/logistics. The house itself is a masterpiece from the overall space to the decoration and the cleanliness. We checked in the same day another family checked out and it was spotless. There was plenty of bedrooms for my family of 6 and even 4 extra twin beds that served as an additional space to relax. In addition, the recreational areas of the home were so comfortable and a perfect place for our family to gather throughout the weekend. We found ourselves enjoying some light apps on the deck as the sun was setting, chatting over a glass of wine in the beautiful and bright kitchen and watching Sunday football in the cozy den in the front of the house. On top of that, the house itself is in a prime location. It’s walking distance to town (10 minutes), a short walk to the Brant Point lighthouse, and even walking distance to local beaches (Steps, Cliff and Jetties). We found ourselves walking into town each night for dinner with no issue. It’s also in a very peaceful and quiet neighborhood. Overall our stay was all we had hoped for and more. If you have the opportunity I would highly recommend booking this space as it delivered in every single our way. Our family was thrilled and will be renting again!

Impeccable and well located

We had a lovely week in this impeccable Brant Point home. Ferry, restaurants and town all within easy walking distance. Home is well equipped and exceptionally clean. I highly recommend for those looking for an in town experience and convenience.

Lovely Stay

Our family stayed at Maureen's home right after the Fourth holiday. The location is ideal (away from all of the traffic and congestion); the home is extremely clean; and has everything you would need. A lovely stay.

Wonderful 2 weeks in an amazing house on Nantucket!

We spent a wonderful 2 weeks with family and friends at Silver Lining (name of the house) and would definitely rent it again. Location was 100%- gorgeous neighborhood and we could walk/bike to town, beaches, and restaurants in 5 minutes. House was very clean, nicely decorated, fully stocked with everything you could want or need for grilling and cooking at home, and equipped with beach gear and towels for days out! Maureen (owner) was very prompt by phone and text had great recommendations on everything from bike rentals and restaurants, to local beaches and off-the beaten-path spots. Just arrived home and we are missing it already!

Incredible Stay at Idyllic Home!

My mother and I took a last minute girls trip to Nantucket and Maureen couldn’t have been any more accommodating. She allowed us early check-in to maximize our time on island and she checked in throughout the stay to be sure we had everything we needed. The house was gorgeous, clean and bright. Beds were very comfortable and the back deck and outdoor shower were divine. The location was ideal for strolling in to town or to Brandt Point each morning. We could not have had a better stay and time at your lovely home!

Fabulous Weekend at Silver Lining on Nantucket

This Nantucket rental is exactly as described. Charming, clean, welcoming & located in a wonderful neighborhood. The beds were cozy and all the rooms, including the outdoor patio were so comfortable for our Nantucket Girl's Weekend. Silver Lining felt like being home away from home. Maureen, the host, was easy to communicate with and responsive to our inquiries, before & during the trip. She made our trip so welcoming. We would all love to come back to Nantucket and stay at Silver Lining again!!

The Perfect Week

I cannot get over how perfect everything is at this home and how it utterly enhanced our flawless trip to Nantucket. Maureen is second to none in how she likes to keep her home and her speed of responses to my way too many questions (not her conclusion, mine!). A few things. All top-notch appliances. If you're used to those already at your own home, you don't have to "settle" for the vacation downgrade. I appreciated this more than I thought I would. If you are OCD about cleanliness as well, then you will delight in calling this your home for your Nantucket stay. I didn't even feel like I needed to disinfect the door knobs... I'm laughing at my thought process, but many know what I mean. In terms of the layout of the home. It really could not have been better designed. The great room/kitchen/dining area with windows on the east, south, AND west made the two days that rained into delight rather than disappointment. Maureen was a sport helping me navigate the "insider's knowledge" regarding the ferry. She also made outstanding dinner and "must do" suggestions on my request. In short, not one of us lucky guests would have changed or wished for improvement in ANYTHING about the house, the location and proximity to the center of things, the decor, or the host. Overall, I rate our stay, communications, and logistics with Maureen a 12 out of 10. Will we be back to Nantucket? Of course, we will, but only when Silver Lining is available. Many thanks!

Wonderful stay! The owner was excellent throughout, though we never had any issues as the house was clean, well stocked, and had everything we needed. Wonderful location close to town. Would definitely recommend and stay again.
