-This home has 3 levels and has MULTIPLE staircases.
-No smoking allowed on the property, including exteriors areas.
-No pets are allowed in this home (sorry Fido!).
-All guests must be 25+ years old unless accompanied by parents.
-This home is located in a quiet neighborhood. Our rental agreement includes a strict policy regarding excessive noise, occupancy, and no party policy.
-American Express & Discover are not accepted for payment methods.
-San Diego Vacation Rentals Cancellation Policy, Age Policy and Pet Fee Policy supersede the policies of VRBO and Airbnb.
-Your reservation will be confirmed once the Occupancy Agreement has been signed and the initial payment has been received. Photo ID and Credit Card photo verification required to complete booking.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Our cancellation policy will allow you to cancel your reservation up to 30 days prior to your arrival. There is a cancellation fee of 10% of the total payment or $300, whichever is higher. If you cancel your reservation within 30 days of your arrival, there are NO REFUNDS. If you feel that this may cause an issue with your travel itinerary and availability, please consider Travel Insurance.
