Great location, easy to find, house looks brand new, lovely inside and out and was extremely clean and organized. The kitchen was well stocked as were the bedrooms and baths.

This was our second stay at this properly and we highly recommend it! The house is well equipped with everything you need and very clean. The location is wonderful and the screened in porch is lovely for enjoying the view.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Guesthouse. It was ideal for us because it was all on one floor and had plenty of room. It had comfortable furniture and the kitchen was stocked with everything we needed. We enjoyed the screened porch several times each day. The house is located in a small subdivision which is very quiet and you have plenty of privacy. Very close to the town square, shops and restaurants. We loved the pizza place on the square!

Our stay at the guest house was amazing! We were arriving late and Scott made sure to leave lights on inside and out to help us with easy identification and entry. The property was even better than the pictures, was clean, and stocked very well. It was a great location with an easy walk to town. We enjoyed the screened in porch and had a restful weekend. We would highly recommend if traveling to the area. Thank you for your wonderful hospitality and sharing the guest house!!

The guest house is a lovely, inviting home with all the provisions you need for a comfortable stay. Check in was seamless, as was all communication with the gracious hosts. The home is obviously well cared for and spotless. It is located in a lovely area, and has an inviting fire pit with small pond and fountain to enjoy. There is a screened- in porch that was my favorite place to relax and read, while listening to the fountain and watching butterflies around the flowers. We plan to stay again when we visit family in the area, and I highly recommend this home to anyone who enjoys a quiet, picturesque and clean place to stay!

When we first walked in, it was so inviting, felt like home, very clean and fixed up so cute! Everything was VERY comfortable and I was able to relax and unwind there. The VRBO ad reflected 100% correctly of the home. The hosts were super friendly and helpful. The mountain Jew was gorgeous and we were able to watch deer every morning, in the distance. You WILL totally enjoy your stay here and we are looking forward to staying here again.

Best place to stay in Hayesville!

This was probably the best place we ever rented! The property is super clean and there was plenty to do in the area to keep you busy. We are already planning to come back again!

Wonderful Guesthouse!

We loved our stay at this wonderful guesthouse in Hayesville. It was super clean and fit all our needs. It is within easy walking distance to downtown Hayesville and a quick drive to Lake Chatuge. It is in a very peaceful neighborhood surrounded by mountain views. The host was very accommodating and we will definitely stay here again!

Christmas with family

We had a wonderful stay at the super clean guesthouse! House was beautiful with all the amenities. Heated bathrooms were a big plus for the cold trip. Kitchen table was great for playing games. We all really enjoyed our stay!

Beautiful little house

This was a great house, beautifully decorated and appointed. The owners have gone to great lengths to provide everything needed for a great stay. The house was very clean and in a nice quiet neighborhood. And it was very convenient to the downtown area. I would highly recommend this house.

Fall leaves/mountain views

Quaint cottage with amazing view of mountains. Small town with good food & shopping. Having a small deer come up to the edge of the driveway when we arrived was like it was cued in a Hallmark movie scene.
