The house was clean. We enjoyed its proximity to the interstate to get around the area easily. It was comfortable and met all our needs for a quick girls' trip.

The house was clean and well stocked with everything we needed . We loved the little empty space across the street for easy walking of the dogs . We are small town folks but felt very safe in this neighborhood .

We actually went to the house and took naps prior to the Viking game and then due to a situation at home had to head home directly from the game so did not get back to the house to stay. Wish it was available for a future Viking game weekend but appears to be booked out. Thank you

It was perfect for my family as we traveled for a few weeks. Love the screened porch and the downstairs was perfect for my kids and their friends to play games watch movies and just enjoy good company! When we make it back to the twin cities we will definitely stay again!

Perfect spot for weekend away

I stayed here with four friends for a girls weekend and this property was perfect. Close enough (literally minutes) to food, shopping, and activities, but still quiet and peaceful enough that we didn't have traffic or "city noise". The house is beautifully decorated, and there's a great back yard and screened in back porch. We had enough room for five of us to sleep comfortably in our own "spaces". Would definitely stay here again.

March spring break trip

We decided to book a house this year instead of a hotel. We had 2 moms and 4 kids stay for our spring break mini trip. Check in process was very easy, location was great for our purposes, and the house layout was perfect. Furniture was a bit dirty, and beds weren’t super comfortable, but the hard surfaces of the house were clean, and overall it was a good stay. We had the kids in the basement on air mattresses for their slumber party, lots of room for them to play and sleep and watch movies on the big tv. Half bath in the basement was perfect for them during the night also. We were able to get outside to play one evening and it was a nice neighborhood for them to ride their scooters in and blow bubbles in the driveway. One thing the listing doesn’t say is there is a Kureg coffee maker, so be sure to bring some pods and a big to go cup if you are a coffee drinker, there’s only small tea/coffee cups in the cupboard. We would book again if planning on staying in the area.

Okay for a short stay

We stayed at this property for a short weekend stay in Minnesota. The house was easy to find, clean, and the owners were prompt with check in information. The listing was slightly misleading. Admittedly I missed that the 4th bedroom listed was marked as the basement. However, the pictures show 4 different beds and the picture of the basement does not show the 2 pull out couches that were the basement beds. The pull outs were listed with the basement bedroom so that is my fault. However, I think that the listing should be updated to include more accurate pictures. Also, the door to the basement bathroom would not shut completely and no one was really comfortable using it. The surrounding area was more run down than I expected but we felt safe. I would recommend putting light darkening curtains in the bedroom since there are a lot of lights on the street and near by homes. Also, not a big deal, but the coffee cups provided are all too small for the Keurig machine provided. Overall the property was ok and it served our needs for the weekend.

Comfortable stay and convenient access to everything

Our family of for was very comfortable in this house for our visit. We explored all over the Twin Cities and it was easy to get anywhere in the area within 20 minutes or so. Decently stocked kitchen and linens.

Great place, little last minute with check in check out info.

This was the perfect little house for a girl's weekend with my two besties from college. It had a bedroom for each of us with decent mattress and pillows. Everything was clean. There was enough dishes and silverware for a weekend and enough pots and pans to cook. Be warned that there is only a Keurig for coffee if you are planning to bring your own. But there was plenty of parking for two-three vehicles in the driveway which was a plus. It would have been nice to get the check in code a tad earlier in the day on check in as we all were driving in from different states so it was a little stressful to keep checking the app on the drive. Also the check out instructions were sent only an hour before check out which we had already left the property at that time. Luckily we had dinner everything on their list for check out so it was alright. I mentioned it to the host so hopefully that issue will be corrected for the next guest. That and not having a traditional coffee maker were our only complaints from the weekend. I would stay there again if I need a place in the twin cities.

Clean house/ uncomfy beds

The house was easy to find and very clean! The communication with the host was good, very quick to respond. The cons we did find however, were the beds were extremely uncomfortable and very hard. I would not guarantee a good night sleep on them.

Great gem in St Paul

We stayed in St Paul for a concert at te Xcel Center. This property is very easy to get to to, is in a nice & quiet neighborhood. It was so easy to get the concert and the incredible Como Zoo. The screened in porch is a major highlight. Very comfortable house and great for a group!

Friend Weekend

We had a group of six friends and two dogs stay here one night over a weekend. The house was cute and the neighborhood was quiet. We were happy with the comfort of the home and loved being able to bring our furry friends too. We had some difficulty checking in, however. We didn't get check-in info until two hours before our arrival. However, up until that point and after that point, everything went smoothly! Thank you to our host!

Our family stay was excellent here the place was nice and roomy the host was reachable and very helpful our family game night was great no complaints from neighbors getting a uber to send my neohews home was a little tuff but we did it we enjoyed our night together
