We were visiting from Tennessee for a family vacation. The house off the beaten path, which was a plus for us for we enjoyed the quiet of being in the woods. We had a small plumbing issue but the hosts took care of it very quickly and kept me informed of what was happening. All the crew was very happy with our stay and we had a wonderful time.

Truly, we had an amazing experience with this property and the hosts. We come with fairly high expectations as we owned a family Cottage for over 30 years and know how to entertain and work with a big crowd… This house was just perfectly set up for absolutely everything we could have wanted or needed. The host were clearly very committed to ensuring a fantastic experience and I can’t give them enough stars! He did have a little snafu with some hot water, but they were so responsive and had things fixed so quickly… Even on a holiday weekend. Very impressive! Like I said, if there were six stars, I would give it to them. PS- if you are all couples/adults, there were plenty of beds and spaces. But, just to give you extra info- if sharing a bedroom with another couple something you might not like, don’t worry because there’s plenty of floor space for blowup mattresses. This property was open and spacious and so comfortable.

This was the perfect space for our annual ski trip. If we had questions the host(s) answered very quickly. I would highly recommend this place. We took advantage of the pool and hot tub at Shanty Creek and it was an added bonus. It was also VERY nice is that they had YouTube tv logged into several TVs for our use. Nice touch Thomas Family Rental. We will be back and may even try one of your other properties at Boyne. Thanks again for everything!
