Great value!
Host was very responsive and courteous. The neighborhood is nice and quiet, and the property itself is very spacious. It wasn't obvious to me from the listing, but two rooms, a bathroom, and the game room are in a detached unit. I thought the property overall was well-maintained, and the amenities were great. Seems like a very nice place to stay in the summer since you can only heat the pool once the weather starts to warm up. Unfortunately, we were afraid of being charged the 500 fee for heating the pool, so we opted against using the pool spa. The kitchen had plenty of tableware and cookware (an air fryer and a waffle iron!), but some of the kitchen pantry could've been replenished. Luckily, we brought some of our own ingredients and there was just enough storage space, so we didn't miss anything. However, we were very happy to see birthday candles stocked since we were celebrating a birthday. I also loved how walkable it was to a few restaurants and wineries, just maybe not at night, because there are no sidewalks and the main road is not well-lit. I would recommend this rental for groups and families since there's plenty to do both in the house and around the area, and I would definitely book this place again.
