As soon as you enter, you will be greeted by a modern interior with high ceilings and a well-furnished open floor plan. Spread out comfortably on the inviting sofa and get ready for a relaxing and entertaining evening at home streaming shows and movies on the smart TV while the wood fireplace keeps you all nice and warm. Equipped with all stainless steel appliances and two coffee makers (drip and Keurig), the well-appointed kitchen has everything you need to whip up delicious treats and homemade meals for the crew. Sliding glass doors will lead you to the back deck, where you will delight yourself with beautiful tree-lined views. The deck is furnished with an outdoor dining table so you can enjoy your meals alfresco. The first floor hosts one bedroom while the lofted area upstairs offers another sleeping area with a bunk bed and a smart TV. Additional perks include a stacked washer/dryer.

Things to Know
There are no free access passes to Big Boulder Lake Club included with this home. If you opt to visit the lake club, day passes can be purchased for $25/per day. To purchase the passes, tell the front desk of the club where you are staying.
This retreat is ski-in/ski-out only when there is enough snow to ski from the door to the slopes.
This property is managed by Vacasa Pennsylvania LLC.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
