La casa de playa cuenta con 3 dormitorios, una sala con un sofá cama y 3 baños y puede alojar hasta 10 personas - es perfecto para familias o grupos grandes. Hay 6 camas en la casa. La suite principal de arriba tiene una cama king size y una individual. la segunda habitación principal tiene una cama queen size, la tercera habitación tiene un completo y un gemelo. Hay una cama de una plaza privada en el área de estudio de la planta baja. También podemos suministrar un pak y jugar.

La cocina gourmet ofrece encimeras de mármol ,, electrodomésticos de acero inoxidable de alta gama. Este hogares viene con todos los electrodomésticos de la cocina y utensilios de cocina que se necesitan para crear cualquier comida, incluyendo ajustes de lugar para 10 personas. El comedor tiene una gran mesa de comedor que puede sentarse 8 personas.

Hay tres baños en la casa. Uno en la planta baja y dos arriba, uno en el dormitorio principal y una en el pasillo de arriba.

La casa tiene un gran patio con mucho espacio para tomar el sol. Además, el área de patio incluye una mesa de comedor al aire libre con capacidad para 6 personas, un gourmet de gas barbacoa parrilla. La casa tiene una casa de juegos adorable con una vista al mar. También hay una gran zona de césped en el patio delantero. Perfecto para disfrutar de las vistas al océano.

We enjoyed our stay. Cute house that had everything we needed. It is in a quiet neighborhood and a great location to enjoy everything that La Jolla has to offer. Could see the ocean and enjoy the cool evening breeze in the lovely outside seating area with a fire pit and grill.

We’ve stayed at this property before and it never disappoints. We had our grandchildren aged 2, 6 and 8 after Disney and it was the perfect end to their vacation. The location, a less than 5 minute walk to the beach, is an incredible plus. We walked everywhere! Our host was always available for questions (never had issues) and we were in the house and on our vacation in minutes. The house is quaint but very clean and comfortable. I think the mattresses were new and extremely comfortable. A pal-n-play and a high chair were provided and there were plenty of towels (beach and bath). We were there for 3 weeks so our host provided cleaning half way through. Truly a getaway with no surprises!

We walked down for almost every perfect sunset.

Older home, so typical things you expect. Old windows. Loose screens. Showers are small. Kitchen is small and cabinets are old. Furniture is good. Location is excellent.

Our family of four thoroughly enjoyed staying here! The access to the beach and to shops and restaurants was amazing. We hope to come back and stay again in the future!

Nice Family Stay

We had a very nice stay at this property. The location is great, within walking distance to the beach. However, we opted for a short drive away with a bit calmer area for my 15 month old grandson to play in the water and sand. The property had great beach supplies that we used (chairs, umbrellas, mats and toys, plus plenty of towels). All rooms in the property were very nice and as advertised with one exception. One of the bedrooms is actually a converted garage with a small bathroom that does have a shower and toilet, but no sink. It didn't really cause any issues, it is just kind of odd. There is also an attic fan that does help to cool the house but it is quite loud. You kind of get used to it after a while. We did enjoy sitting in the outside area in the evening. It was very nice with lights strung all around. The owner was very responsive.

Beautiful home in La Jolla

Whole family (7 adults, 2 children) stayed in this beautiful home. Overall home is spacious and beds are comfortable. The downstairs futon is not great but luckily part of our group left after 2 days and we did not have to utilize for majority of our week there. Upstairs bedrooms are all spacious and well utilized. Kitchen/dining/living area offered plenty of space for everyone. Kitchen is decently stocked with utensils and plenty of silverware/plates/mugs. 2 upstairs bathrooms were spacious and clean. The downstairs bathroom is extremely small and offers only a toilet and very small shower (no sink) - we did not have to really have to utilize this space. My kids loved the play house - they played in it every morning and had a great time. They told me "this is the best house ever!" Loved the dutch door and abundant windows that allowed us to let in the breeze in the evenings! We did walk to the beach - my kids enjoyed playing in the sand and it was easy to then walk back and hose off. We were very grateful for the beach chairs, towels and toys provided. You can also walk to a few restaurants - we walked to The Taco Shop, well worth the long line! It can be hard to find homes that are well furnished for a majority adult party - oftentimes rooms include only bunkbeds or only twin beds. This home was great for all of us!

My family loved this property! Quick walk to the beach for sunsets and exploring Windansea. We took full advantage of the outdoor space for dining and relaxing. The house is spacious, full of charm with Serena and Lily vibes. Comfortable beds and fully stocked with all you need for a stay at the beach. Everything I expect of a top notch VRBO. We’ll be back!

Great location, relaxing stay

Cathie was very responsive anytime I had a question. The home was cozy and very clean. It’s located only a couple minute walk to the beach. There’s restaurants and groceries within walking distance or with a short drive. The kids loved the little playhouse in the back/side yard. The beds were comfy and I liked how one of the rooms had a queen bed with a twin bed as well. It was perfect for my little one to be in the same room as me in a new place. My parents came as well and my mom loved how efficient the hood above the stove was. She cooked bacon and said she couldn’t even smell it when turning it on while she cooked. It was a great stay and in such a nice location. We will definitely be back.

Get out of the heat!!

We enjoyed our 2 week stay in La Jolla. We have been traveling here for years but have never used VRBO. We were very pleased with the house, location and the attention given by the agent. She made sure she stayed in communication but was respectful of our privacy. When we had a question, she responded right away. Truly a wonderful vacation with family and friends!

This property is fabulous! Cathie is an amazing property manager. This location of this home is very close to the beach just a short walk. This house was very clean and beautiful! Cathie hand delivered some items to me that I needed. She had my favorite coffee creamer waiting for us. Highly recommend this property and I and have mega high. Standards 🤗

Exceptional Family Experience: La Joys Splendor

This property was perfect for our family - two parents and two 8-year-olds with a bonus play house and play kitchen. The area beaches are a three-minute walk, pristine, and quieter than most. Side yard with seating allowed for outdoor COVID-safe family visits. Lots of marine life to see nearby. La Joya is magical and you look out the front door of this house to its splendor. House was a great fit. Communication timely. Fresh sheets and towels. Ocean breeze. No surprises.

Amazing Property!!

My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay in La Jolla in this cozy and inviting home. The tasteful decorating and beachy feel were just what we needed to relax. Our kids had so much fun in the playhouse out back and the yard was layed out perfectly for them to play outside while we still felt safe that they wouldn't run out in the street. The home is within walking distance to downtown La Jolla and and the Community Park which we took advantage of almost everyday. We would recommend this to anyone with kids who wants relax and enjoy the best side of La Jolla!

EVERYTHING YOU NEED FOR A GREAT ESCAPE

Enjoyed a long weekend in La Jolla and could not have had a better place to stay The pictures on Vrbo were spot on, but in person it it was even more charming. location was great only a 3 minute walk to the beach (you can see it from the window) and a 10 minute walk to downtown La Jolla, made the weekend getaway seem like we lived there. A very comfortable vacation rental with everything ready just like at home - beds were great! and the living room was very inviting and tastefully decorated. You can tell the owners have pride in this home!

Great Stay!

My family visited La Jolla for spring break and had a wonderful stay at this home. The beach was a 2 min walk! The home was very clean and well equipped with everything you would need. The home is child friendly and the playhouse in the side yard was a big hit with my kids. We would defiantly recommend this home to other VRBO renters.

Great beach house - perfect for our family birthday celebration!

This property is exactly as described. The owner was wonderful to work with, and provided excellent recommendations for area attractions, restaurants, etc. Very convenient to San Diego Airport and Zoo, asnd only 2 blocks from remarkable beaches and sunsets.

Amazing experience at beautiful La Jolla beach house

A true Southern California beach house experience. Hard wood floors, large windows, beach view, steps from the ocean, surfers and seals this house is comfortable and cottage chic all at the same time. I went for a long weekend with a group of girls for a relaxing, outdoor experience and had the best time. Its close to town and the beach. It was everything we wanted and more!

Great Beach Home for a Family Reunion!

My family and I had a wonderful stay here at the beginning of August. The home is beautifully decorated and very well equipped with high quality linens, etc. Someone has paid great attention to detail to ensure guests have every convenience and comfort. It was perfect for our family reunion, as we had three couples with a combination of six kids ranging in age from 13 to under 2. The two gated yards - one with an adorable playhouse - kept them busy and safe when we weren't at the beach just two blocks away. The home is located in a residential area with other lovely houses. Joggers and cyclist travel by on their way to the shore. It is on a corner, but we did not experience much traffic noise. Parking is easy. (One car in the driveway; other on the street in front.) Good restaurants were in walking distance. We felt like LaJolla residents rather than tourists! We were grateful that Cathy and her family were flexible and rented to us on short notice, though there was some extra hassle with the contract and payment. I just wish our schedules would have allowed us to stay longer!!

Charming beach house

Lovely, comfortable house just 3 blocks from beach. Note however that closest beach has rough surf for kids/timid swimmers; we drove north to La Jolla Shores and found better swimming (but lots more people). Walking distance to La Jolla Village and all its shops, restaurants & amenities. House is very clean, well-cared for and well-stocked. I have only minor quibbles: - you can't use your own hair dryer because of antiquated electrical system, - the previous tenants put the garbage in the recycling so it wasn't picked up and we had nowhere to put our garbage (surely the owner should have dealt with this before we checked in???), and - there is no toaster in the otherwise very well-stocked kitchen. Although it's in La Jolla it's an easy drive to San Diego attractions e.g. USS Midway, zoo, Sea World, and Legoland. Would definitely stay here again!
