Great location, nice size house, and cute backyard area! Plenty of space and the kitchen is well stocked. A book to provide instructions (eg for the firepit) would be helpful. Some of the outdoor furniture could be replaced and a deep cleaning is in order.

Spring Break Family Trip

We were fortunate to snag this property at a moment’s notice once our other location fell through. We were grateful for the hot tub since the weather wasn’t cooperative! The hot tub was in good working order and was very clean. We appreciated the multiple bedrooms and large beds so everyone was comfortable. Lots of updates; though, must’ve had some cheaper work done on some things such as closet organizers and toilet paper holders since they were broken. We did not need baby items, but the high chair in storage was filled with crusted food/crumbs, so glad we didn’t need that. Kitchen was surprisingly well stocked with cooking supplies, though we didn’t do much beyond breakfast. Glad someone suggested in another review about the steep driveway. It is on a busy street. The listing states 3 cars, but they must mean Prius-sized vehicles because I don’t know how you would fit that many cars! Felt the original price (not our last minute pricing) was a bit steep for what is offered. Loved the back yard view of the ocean. Understand it is challenging to keep lawn equipment clean all the time, but it was fairly dirty to feel comfortable sitting in. Loved the ample seating space in the kitchen. Loved having multiple bathrooms. Overall, we had a successful trip. Due to it being through vacasa (large company) took too long to get a response to questions.

Basics inc bath essentials not prov ided no hand soap. Half a roll paper towel. Lighting grill causes grease fire. No grill utensils. No kit. hand towels.Promise to restock no show.

Good luck if you need anything during your stay

VERY unimpressed with customer service for the entire length of our stay. I contacted the customer help number posted on the fridge and also the number from messages within an hour of getting to the rental and never heard back. Continued contact both numbers for the first 5 days of our stay and was never able to get our issues resolved. At $5,000 / week this is NOT acceptable service. We rented this house for the hot tub (listed in first couple words of the ad) and it was smelly and yellow/green upon arrival and never remedied so we weren’t ever able to use it. In addition we found beer cans in the back yard and primary bedroom closet and a dirty pair of men’s underwear (smelled so bad that they had to be thrown in the outside dumpster) also in the master closet. No resolution whatsoever despite multiple attempts. We even talked to one of their employees when they came thru to take out the dumpster and still nothing. Chasing a property management company just to get what we paid for did not make for a relaxing vacation.

Great location - issues with hut tub and yard

Inside of house was great with the exceptions of a few stains on furniture.Location was perfect and close to everything. Hot tub was not working and the outdoor furniture pads needed a good cleanng.

Unusable hot tub, bed broke, but house was clean

This is a great location, beautiful area and the house was clean. Unfortunately, the hot tub was yellow and had a bad odor to the point where no one felt comfortable using it. The patio furniture was also too dirty to use due to bird droppings. The house was large, clean and with nice towels and linens. One of the bed mattresses sagged and had to be moved to the living room since the bed frame was broken. It’s too bad because everything else was great, from the kitchen to bathrooms and especially a great location and beautiful views. We made the most of it, but it wasn’t what we had planned with a non working hot tub and mattress on the floor.

Great house for a group!

Loved this house. It had plenty of room, comfortable beds and plenty of towels. There were 2 coffee makers (keurig and regular), hair dryers and an iron and ironing board. I asked about these items and were told they weren’t available, so was pleasantly surprised. House was clean and spacious. Hot tub was great on the cool evenings.

Adult Family Vaca

This house was nice and spacious for 6 adults. It came fully equipment in the kitchen. Master king bed and pillows not very comforable. To enter and exit this property not the easiest since its on a busy road and incline. The outdoor set up and views we're amazing. Hot tub a plus!! No golf balls anywhere to be found. The out door grills looked like they had not been cleaned in several months. Overall our stay was nice and comfortable.

Great Location

We had a wonderful stay. Property was perfect for our family of 5. Close to the zoo, safari park and the beach. Lots of places to eat nearby. Had a minor issue cause by the wind storm and the property manager was there in no time. I would highly recommend this property. They are proactive with information and we had multiple contacts if we needed anything.

Overall great house with everything you need.

We were looking for someplace for four women. We all had our own room, and with three bathrooms the accommodations were perfect. The outside area is beautiful. The only issue we had was with the outdoor fire pit which we would have used but we never got anybody to come to repair it. We had called the management and they were responsive but no one ever showed up and we were there for four days.

Had an amazing time with family but it has been a bit soiled by the theft of some personal items

We had a seamless time, the place was well stocked and great location! We were a bit annoyed that the cleaners chased us out early on our check out day. We ended in our stress exit leaving behind some Airpods. We flew home and were able to locate them and called Vacasa multiple times and said they would retrieve and place in lost and found. No calls or follow up, so we tracked them again and they are at an address miles away at a personal address. 5077 westover place SD 92102. And then moved again to 3448 national Ave SD 92113. Sadly the poor owners have unwittingly hired thieves to manage their property. And have not done anything to rectify the situation but have a call center manager named Cedric hang up on us! Love the place, hate the CS

Lovely home in a great location

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My family and I really enjoyed this property. It was very clean and was exactly as pictured. The location was perfect for us with easy access to everything we needed. The outdoor spaces were very beautiful and relaxing. Yes, exiting the driveway feels like a life and death experience, but parking on the street was never a problem. My only complaint is with the electronics. During our stay the door code was reset 3 times without notice. Each time I had to contact the 24 hour hotline to ask for help and they responded immediately. The televisions are a pain. Despite telling each t.v. the exact date we wanted to sign out of our apps, they randomly logged us off whenever they felt like it. Neither of these was a big deal but very annoying. Side note: You may want to consider putting a desk in one of the bedrooms as many people work while on vacation.

Great stay at a great property!

We had a great time staying at this property. The four bedrooms provided ample space for everyone to sleep, my kids loved the putting green and the hot tub, and those who did not warm up in the hot tub were able to warm up at the fire pit. The house was clean, there were plenty of linens and beach towels, and the kitchen had almost every cooking implement that we needed. Customer service was fabulous: At one point the dishwasher wouldn't work, and when we called for assistance they directed us to the circuit breaker, which solved the issue. All in all, a great stay at a great property!

Great City Escape

This is a great property, just a short walk to the ocean in Bird Rock. The house was as clean as any we have ever rented! The backyard is an exceptional place to hang out and enjoy the evenings or lazy mornings. We will be back.

Beautiful

This property was really beautiful. The house inside is very clean and spacious. The backyard has an incredible view! Location is great too, you can literally walk to pacific beach. Unfortunately the property management was very inflexible around early check in & 4pm seems pretty late to be charged for an entire day. The washing machine didn’t work but everything else was perfect.
