This quaint suite is situated just off of Highway 290, and is centrally located to many Hill Country attractions like wineries, music venues, and activities in Fredericksburg, Kerrville, and Junction. 25 minutes to Main Street Fredericksburg; 30 minutes to Louise Hays Park Kerrville; 45 minutes to S. LLano State Park Junction. We welcome you to our home full of family history and fun memories. It is set up like a hotel suite with a small refrigerator, coffee pot, and microwave in the living room. There is no one else on the property, but we are close. It is considered a suite because you will not have access to the large full kitchen.

This is not our first time renting this house and won’t be our last! We love this little house! It’s close to everything in town and has all the necessities we need. Beds were super comfortable and the host was very accommodating.

Quiet place. Enjoyed the sunroom. We weren’t aware there wasn’t a full kitchen. I did take a peek through the front window to look at the locked kitchen. What is this large kitchen used for when guests aren’t there? Just curious!!! I’d love to have a setup like that!!!

Small town getaway

My friend and I went on a beer, wine and distillery tasting tour from Texas Wine Tours where we were picked up & dropped off at the home in Harper which was only a 25 minute drive from Fredericksburg. We enjoyed the quietness and the Longhorn Cafe was within walking distance from the home. The home was really cozy, we enjoyed all the photos of the family's history and sitting out on the screened porch at night. I would go back because of it's proximity to Fredericksburg and it's not as busy.

Quaint little house

This house is a little off the beaten path for visiting the wineries around Fredericksburg, but the price has been adjusted for that and allowed us to spend more money on wine to take home with us.The overall rating of a four is because of low pressure in the shower. Hopefully this is something the owner can address before the next occupancy. Didn't get an opportunity to try the claw foot tub.

Hunting

Needed a place close to the ranch we were hunting. Just needed a place to shower and sleep since another group had already booked the lodge. Worked out great. The price was great, clean, with a big shower and comfortable beds.

Loved the stay at your home. The deer across the street every evening was so fun to watch. The home was very comfortable, some minor maintenance issues that I already sent to the owner. Would stay again for sure.
