Welcome to our charming loft located at Queens Rd in the heart of St. John's! This newly renovated two-story suite combines the character of a classic St. John's Saltbox home with modern amenities for a comfortable stay. With two queen bedrooms and one bathroom, it's perfect for families or small groups of friends looking to explore everything downtown has to offer.

We are a professional property management company based in Newfoundland! We typically answer messages between 10:30AM and 9:30PM Newfoundland time. However, we are available 24/7 by text/phone (after 10pm urgent calls only, please)! You may find yourself speaking with any of our team members. You can contact us via your booking channel or email for non-urgent matters, as well as replying to the welcome text message you received upon confirmation.

You'll find yourself just steps away from the hustle and bustle of downtown St. John's. Explore the countless restaurants, pubs, and shops lining the streets, or take a leisurely stroll to nearby attractions such as The Rooms Museum, the Modern Art Gallery, and historic landmarks.

The shared bathroom is conveniently located between the bedrooms and features modern fixtures and plenty of plush towels.
