Professional hospitality, always sparkly clean, tropical vibes, luxurious finishes, organic cotton and down beddings. Teak furniture and chefs' kitchen. Relaxing shared outdoor area with an outdoor shower. Only 3 walking blocks from the vibrant Atlantic Ave and shuttle to the beach (no need to drive anywhere!!!). 2 matching units 2BR each.
Book in advance- always full in season. ABSOLUTELY NO SMOKING- INDOOR and OUTDOORS. ** If you are a smoker, kindly, DO NOT consider staying here.
This duplex consists of two identical units, each with 2BR 1 Bath, living area, breakfast table and kitchen. Each unit is approx 600 Sqft and both share one washer and dryer as well as relaxing back yard with outdoor shower and dining table.
We take pride in our soft organic linen and down bedding. We offer free wifi and Netflix (no cable). The location is three walking blocks from the best restaurants and shops in Delray Beach on Atlantic Avenue with shuttle service on the avenue. New Beach cruisers bikes available for small donation.
Each unit is private, however shares a backyard, laundry facility, outdoor dining area and outdoor shower. Tenants will need to use a smart phone for e-key entrance into each unit. There is a code for the laundry room.
We have local emergency maintenace services available.
This is the final two blocks of a quiet residential (Osceola Park) area located just south of Atlantic Avenue. There is a train crossing all of southern Florida in the busiest residential and tourist areas throughout please expect train noise anywhere in town you end up staying .
There is 1 parking spot designated per unit on the property . Free shuttle service is located on Atlantic Ave.
We kindly ask that you use your best and most respectful behaviors and care for our place. it serves the guests after you. if there is any issue please report it so we can make sure the following guests receive %100 ready living space. if you get caught smoking anything you will loose your deposit and we reserve the right to cancel your stay.
