FAU Family Visit

Chose this location because if its proximity to FAU and the beach. This property was perfect! Loved the access to the pool. Loved morning coffee and a nightcap on the upper deck. This place had everything we needed and the hostess, Yvonne, was beyond accommodating - dropped off a cooler and freeze packs for us out of towners. Neighborhood is easily walkable and the Freebee app for golf cart rides was awesome! Highly recommend!

A Little Peace of Paradise

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: To say that we enjoyed our stay at this special property would be a understatement! From the primo location, comfort & cleanliness of the home, to the palm-framed outdoor spaces and all the little extras, it was so much more than expected. The hub and I roadtripped south from central Virginia visiting friends & fam and favorite southern cities along the way and stayed at numerous locations but this exceptional cottage was where we felt the most relaxed and at ease; so much so that it was difficult for us to leave it while there- even go to the nearby beach! I highly recommend staying there during a full moon... just go and you'll understand.I'd like to add that the stellar property manager is adept at handling anything & everything with expertise so don't hesitate to contact her for any reason.An inclination is to keep this beauty on the down low so that maybe it's available for my next trip to Delray - but alas a home with that kind of positive energy should be shared so that many might enjoy and add to i!

Simply a Dream

Absolutely fantastic location! It's just a short walk to Atlantic Avenue in the evenings and only a brief stroll to the beach. There's a supermarket nearby, which is very convenient. The house is extremely clean and beautifully furnished, with everything you might need. The kitchen is well-equipped, making cooking a pleasure of you don’t want to Go to the various restaurants. They even provided coffee for the first few days and a welcoome surprise. The house comes with cleaning supplies, beach towels, beach chairs, and umbrellas for excursions. Even books, magazines and games. The pool is lovely, and the property is very peaceful. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will definitely be returning. Simply a dream! Thank you for everything.

A perfect place in Delray!

Highland Park was just perfect for our five-day stay in Delray. It was clean, comfortable and walking distance to everything. A lovely welcome basket filled with treats and enough coffee to get us started was a nice touch. Management was quick to respond to questions. Had a little trouble with the TV (which, honestly, we didn't need much), but it was NCAA basketball season and we were unable to tune into the games. That said, we will be back and are already working on our dates for next year!

Beach Buddy Vacation

After taking in a Cardinal Spring Training game, we enjoyed a few days visiting DelRay. Accommodations were great! Pool was an extra we enjoyed each evening after a day @ the beach.

Thought of everything

The property is a small very cute second story apartment of an ADU. All rooms are beautifully appointed, with built ins, clean lines, and everything you need for relaxing (including a pool) and cooking, and it is very close to Atlantic Avenue and the beach. Will stay here again and thanks for the snacks!

Palm Terrace

Nice place, good neighborhood and convenient location. Smaller than the photos would indicate. Tight fit for four adults. Two bedrooms and 1 bath on second floor. One bath on first floor. Couldn’t get the usual cable news and sports channels on the TV.

Lovely home in cute neighborhood

The property was clean and stocked when we arrived, including a welcoming basket of goodies! The swimming pool is amazing and photos don't do justice! Loved our stay! The property management was very responsive, helpful and professional.

Hurricane getaway

We escaped Hurricane Ian to this lovely cottage. Yvonne the Manager was very welcoming. Basket of snacks awaited us after a hectic drive in storm conditions. Close to the water and Atlantic Ave. We enjoyed walking in this lovely neighborhood. Hope to return for a real vacation.

Great location to a nice beach!

This was an amazing rental! We were able to walk to Atlantic Ave every nite and it was a quick drive to the beach!! The rental had all the amenities we needed and the pool was delightful! Perfect stay for 4 adults 2 which a quite picky!!!!

Geschmackvolles, sauberes, kleines Häuschen

Zuerst waren wir bei der Anreise etwas irritiert, denn man muss quasi zur Rückseite des Objektes, um den Eingang des Hauses zu finden. Diese Rückseite liegt in einer nicht sehr ansprechenden Straße, im Gegensatz zur Vorderseite. Aber: Schon beim ersten Schritt ins Haus waren wir begeistert! Das Haus entspricht komplett dem Eindruck auf den Fotos. Es ist sauber, geschmackvoll, gemütlich und bis ins Detail eingerichtet - richtig schön! Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt, nicht in der voll ausgestatteten Küche, nicht an Handtüchern, nichts an sonstigem Equipment, es war perfekt. Der Pool, zu dem eigentlich alle vier Parteien dieses kleinen Komplexes Zutritt haben, gehörte uns, das war natürlich Glück, ganz allein. Auch hier war mit Gartenmobiliar, ebenso wie auf dem Balkon, an alles gedacht. Sogar ein Grill stand uns zur Verfügung. Waschmaschine und Trockner waren für die gesamte Hausgemeinschaft da, aber auch das war komplett problemlos. Wir haben uns wohlgefühlt und können das Haus mit gutem Gewissen weiterempfehlen. Sollten wir je wieder nach Florida kommen, dann sehr gerne auch wieder in dieses Haus!

Exactly as listed! Wonderful stay in a great town.

This property was exactly as listed. Clean, updated, everything you could possibly need. We felt safe and comfortable. We needed to extend our stay last minute and the hosts were extremely accommodating. We can’t wait to return!
