Let the resort magic renew your spirits! We invite you to experience these accommodations. Soak up the sun, relax and unwind in this beautiful 4 BD / 4 BA condo at Estancia.

Fully relax and enjoy each others' company peacefully in our 4 BD / 4 BA condo. With lots of extra space for everyone to enjoy time together as well as the much needed separate space needed when sleeping. This condo has 3 master bedrooms with KING beds and private bathrooms. The 4th bedroom has 2 QUEEN beds side-by-side and a private bathroom as well (great for teenagers or young adults). The sofa in the living room opens to a full-size sleeper sofa for anyone who wants to "camp out" in the living room. If you plan to do most of the cooking on this trip then the kitchen is ready for you. We have all kinds of kitchen gadgets, mixer, instant pot, crockpot, griddle..... let's just say we have thought it through and made sure you can cook just about anything.

Terrible experience

I would've loved to vacate during the first night. Bed squeaks. Mold in washer. Silverware is cheap. Pillows are uncomfortable. Couch is uncomfortable. Could use a good deep clean on walls, baseboards, doors, dishwasher, and rugs/carpet. Paper towels and toilet paper is worthless. 1 tv doesn't work. Internet went out and didn’t come back on while we were there so no tv anyways. You can hear every step the upstairs neighbor makes which makes for sleepless nights and no tv to drown out the noise. It's way overpriced. Maintenance guy came while we were there to repair a broken handle and he left the door unlocked and wide open when we returned. Truly a horrible experience and it ruined our whole trip. I’ve stayed at a lot of vacation rentals and this was the worst

Great stay but??

We spent 5 days in this beautiful Condo. The beds were comfortable and everything was clean. However there was not one comfortable chair or couch in the place. Even the dinner table chairs were terrible. The dish washer stunk every time we opened it up. THE COFFEE POT LOOKED AS IF IT HAD NEVER BEEN CLEANED!! A simple inexpensive coffee maker?? We had a great time and enjoyed but had to ever look a few things. Thanks

Great Space

Needed a place for an extended family gathering for a funeral in St George. This condo was excellent - clean, modern, and perfectly located.

Great time was had by all

Wish they had better kitchen ware and more end tables/coffee tables to place snacks and drinks. But, all in all, it was a great week enjoying the golf and natural beauty of St George.

Very clean and beautiful . The pool was fantastic and immaculate

We loved the layout . The beds were super comfy ! It was nice having a bathroom en suite to all the bedrooms . The kitchen was open and spacious . I do recommend that they stock a cutting board though . The sink and dishwasher did have a musty smell to them , other than that no complaints .

Amazing condo

This place is beautiful and the pool is right out the back door. The bedrooms are all masters with their own bath. The kitchen and living room are huge and great for a large group. Comfy beds make this the best place in town to stay.

Family Fun Close to Trails

The layout of the home is wonderful with 4 master suites and a large open gathering area in the middle. The location is great. Literally ride right out of the complex and onto the trail system. Wish there were a better solution for bike storage. We ended up carrying them through the condo and locking them up on the back porch. The pool and hot tub were fun for the whole family. Beautiful views all around. Overall, we really enjoyed this property. It worked great for our family.

Great Place!

We had 4 couples exploring St George & southern Utah ....this place was perfect! Great location, great amenities, beautiful pool, well stocked. One suggestion, seating for 8 on the patio.

Beautiful, Comfortable, & Large Condo

We have staying in many different condos in St. George over the years and this one was absolutely our favorite! It is very spacious for our large family and each room has a TV, fancy bathroom, and super comfortable beds. The entire condo is decorated very nice and has a porch where you can do a BBQ. All of us loved swimming, especially the kids because of the mini fountains to play in. There were a lot of outdoors opportunities as well that were all within short walking distance. We did not find one thing wrong with this condo and were very impressed with the cleanliness of it. We were also told that if we had an even larger group, we could rent out the one next door and access the middle door for some type of reunion. We would recommend this condo to all!

A new level of comfort!

The beds are amazing. The mix between the pillows, sheets, and mattress made it feel like I was sleeping on clouds. The rooms are all amazing and every single one had its own bathroom. The kitchen is huge. Big screen TV is ideal for watching games or films. The pool was almost ready which will be amazing. It's located right in the backyard. It's in a great location. It's not too far from the main town. It is very peaceful. I'd recommend this place to anyone. It is very big for big parties. Enjoy like we did!

wonderful place!!

What a relaxing, comfortable, spacious condo! I loved the floor plan, especially the amount of open space. The rooms and bathrooms were perfect and very comfortable. Everyone had more than enough space and privacy. This place is perfect for larger families or visitors. Everything was new, clean, and fresh. I really enjoyed my time in this condo. I would recommend it to anyone!

Always great with five seasons!

Always nice to stay at one of your condos. They are always fully stocked with what you need for a few days until you can go shopping to supply your own products. The units are always clean and if there does happen to be a problem, they are always resolved quickly. Love staying at a 5 Seasons Pl.… I wouldn't consider any other when coming to St. George!

Beautiful!

We just stayed at this brand new, beautifully decorated condo. We loved everything about it! The floor plan was very well designed with four private bedrooms with an attached large bathroom for each! The condo also has a large gathering area with sitting/dining/kitchen area with lots of open space. This luxury condo was perfect for our group. We had a great stay!

Beautiful Accomodations

I recently spend a two night getaway at this property. The condo is beautifully furnished and has a welcoming feel. We loved the openness of the unit and the layout of the bedrooms affords lots of privacy, each with its own private bathroom. The kitchen was large and well furnished with everything you need for cooking/serving. We had a great time and would highly recommend this unit.
