Updated - This is an absolutely beautiful home and location. Sitting on 180 private acres and boasting gorgeous views of Old Rag Mountain, this stunning home at Sweetland Farm was custom built in 2020 with tranquility and privacy in mind. It's a 3 bed, 2 bath farm house with an open living area, cathedral ceilings and a gourmet kitchen that will not disappoint. Come, relax, sip on your beverage of choice, and perhaps grab a book while enjoying the majestic views on either the back deck or inside the screened in porch.

The Home:
The home at Sweetland Farms is beautifully appointed with Stickley furnishing and high end finishes. Come see for yourself as we're so excited to share this tiny piece of Blue Ridge heaven and know you'll love your time here at Sweetland!

We had a lovely Holiday retreat with family. The kitchen was well stocked with utensils and pots to cook, and the grill outside was easy to use. Beds were very comfy and lots of blankets. Bathrooms were very nice too.

Beautiful Views

The views are stunning, the house is brand new and entirely private. We loved walking the property and enjoying the porch. 20 min to Sperryville restaurants. Would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful house by Old Rag

This was an absolutely stunning house near Old Rag Mountain. The kitchen was gorgeous with high-end appliances, and the house was clean. Beautiful, open spaces and porch and screened-in porch as well. The owner was extremely helpful and and answered all my questions. Perfect for my family (2 kids and spouse). It has a great entertaining setup.

Great home and vey private!

We had a terrific stay at this well appointed, beautiful home. We were in the area for hiking and it was a good location for access to Shenandoah park. We loved the seclusion and peacefulness. The stars at night were wonderful. It’s a lovely home and super comfortable. Would highly recommend!

Beautiful property!

Everything was darn near perfect! Home is better than pictured, super nice amenities and kind, communicative host. Only ding is there isn’t enough hot water to fill the bath tub and no window treatments in main bedroom leads to super early wake up call! Very bright and main bed was extremely loud and squeaky. Still would stay here again!

Mountain getaway

We loved our stay. The home was absolutely beautiful and so comfortable. It was very well stocked with everything you could need. The views of Old Rag Mountain were amazing. Our favorite room was the screened in porch. It was so peaceful and a perfect place for morning coffee. The location was perfect for hiking and wineries. The whole family enjoyed playing the Monopoly and Jenga after hiking White Oak Canyon. Perfect weekend!

The property was stunning surrounded by hills and forest. Location in respect if wineries worked out perfect and the home itself was luxurious and new and full of great amenities. Will stay again and recommend to everyone who goes to the area.

Secluded and gorgeous

Location, location, location. This beautiful home is all you could ask for in a perfect rural location. A kitchen/great room that is to die for. Beautifully appointed throughout, with a kitchen so well stocked you'll be a cooking like a professional chef in no time! Sweetland Farm is a dream. Plenty of space inside and out. Perfect for 2, yet equally great for a family of 6. Enjoy a sun-soaked morning coffee on the front porch and a sunset meal right off the grill on the rear deck. Gorgeous views of Old Mt. Rag. Nearby to Culpepper, Sperryville and Charlottesville, it is a great place for a relaxing vacation.

Sweet Land Farms

Our stay there was exceptional. House was fully equipped. The kitchen had everything you would need. Beds were extremely comfortable. The 2 bathrooms were fully equipped. Plenty of towels and hairdryers provided. The scenery is beautiful. Old Rag Mountain View Lovely front porch to sit. Another lovely outdoor sitting area was the screened in porch. Great star gazing at night.
