Cleanliness
Let me start with this was my 4th time in Puerto Rico. First time with all my children and I was highly disappointed. House was approximately 6 min from airport. Poor choice on my part. Upon arrival we were greeted with a horrific smell and a ton of flys. Dog and cat feces all over front lawn. Entry was easy as owner sent instructions for keypad on the door. Only to enter to a dirty house. I contacted the owner who was supper helpful. Got someone there to clean within the hour. We did have to leave for 3 1/2 hour's and he did refund 400. Unfortunately I inspected the house upon re-entry only to be disappointed. Towels smelled old and dirty, their were cigarette burns in two of the sheet sets, seemed as the cleaner 1/2 cleaned as the showers were still dirty and the pillowcases on two of the beds were dirty. Cleaners definitely don't properly clean as the baseboards all throughout had dirt and dust buildup. Furniture definitely isn't moved to clean as areas are filthy. WiFi, there isn't any! It's a hotspot that nearly works. If you plan to use the pool, be prepared to clean cat feces everyday you go out. Every time you open the front door be prepared to be greeted by a host of flys, so annoying as they get in the house so you spend time trying to kill them.when it rains which is everyday be prepared to clean water up that comes under the front door, and through somewhere else that ends up under the dining table. Also annoying! I think the owner needs to visit his property.
