This beach charmer offers a spacious enclosed backyard with an in-ground outdoor pool and plenty of poolside loungers where you can sunbathe while reading a favorite book. Upon entering this abode, you will discover an open floor plan that seamlessly combines the living room, dining room, and kitchen. Spend tranquil and fun evenings in the welcoming living room, furnished with comfy sofas and a huge TV to entertain everyone during your stay. There is nothing like coming back home from the beach to enjoy a delicious homemade meal. The well-appointed kitchen has all the essentials to prepare everything that comes to mind. Attached to the kitchen is the dining room with a beautiful dining table and a large assortment of board games.

The first floor also includes a huge screened porch facing the pool and two spacious suites with an en suite bath each. The second floor features four additional bedrooms. The main bedroom is on this level offering a beautiful and sunny nook by the window, its own living area with plenty of welcoming sofas and a TV, and an en suite bath with a soaking tub, a shower, and double vanity.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
