Tus vacaciones de tu vida ... VISTAS INCREÍBLES, ubicadas en un tranquilo tramo de prístinas playas de arena blanca en 30A entre Destin y Panama City Beach West. Lejos de las multitudes y aún céntrico. Disfrute de excelentes restaurantes y tiendas a poca distancia a pie o tome el sendero para bicicletas y recorra millas a lo largo de la playa y sobre los puentes de los únicos lagos de estuarios.

La casa adosada se encuentra en una calle sin salida con vista a una reserva tranquila frente al mar, a solo unos pasos del acceso a la playa. NINGUNA CALLE OCUPADA PARA CRUZAR, PLAYA TRANQUILA, NINGÚN RUIDO DE TRÁFICO Y UN BARRIO SEGURO PARA QUE LOS NIÑOS JUEGAN. Estas son algunas de las muchas razones por las que elegimos esta propiedad para nuestra familia. Estamos ubicados a pocas cuadras de la playa de Rosemary.

La casa adosada tiene las mejores vistas del golfo para establecer el tono de unas vacaciones perfectas. Recientemente renovado y decorado profesionalmente con ropa de cama, ropa de cama, toallas, colchones y muebles NUEVOS. La unidad cuenta con una cocina totalmente equipada, baldosas en todo, granito en los baños y ventiladores de techo que crean un ambiente de lujo y confort. El maestro del tercer nivel tiene un baño privado y una gran sala de estar con una terraza privada. El segundo nivel cuenta con el dormitorio de matrimonio y el dormitorio y un baño compartido. El segundo nivel tiene una cubierta privada cubierta con un acceso adicional al pasillo, por lo que no hay tráfico en las habitaciones. El primer piso cuenta con sala, comedor, cocina, lavandería y baño completo. Las cubiertas grandes del 1º, 2º o 3º nivel son los lugares perfectos para disfrutar del café / té de la mañana y los hermosos amaneceres, así como una bebida por la tarde.
Disfrute de la HDTV / DVD de 52 'en la sala de estar, el combo de HDTV / DVD de pantalla plana de 32' en los dormitorios de la segunda planta y un HDTV de 42 'en la sala de estar principal.

Had a beautiful week

I miss the mornings of taking a walk and having a swim to begin my day! Beach was not ever crowded. The great kitchen and comfortable beds have me wanting to return soon.

Great

My family of 4 stayed here in Oct 2015. The weather was perfect, the accommodations were perfect and homeowner was easy to deal with! If we come back, we now know where to stay. Oh and the proximity to beach and Rosemary is perfect! Also love the front porch for morning coffee and dinners.

Awesome location

We travelled with our sons and the location right by the beach is unbeatable!! It was great to wake up to the sound of the waves and go straight to a perfect beach which was not crowded at all. The house was very clean and comfortable for the 4 of us. Communicating with Tracy was very fast and efficient. Can't wait to be come back!

What a location!

We just finished our stay and it was.amazing! First, you can’t be the location. Literally, a 1 min walk to the beach and your there! Second, the owner, Tracy, was very responsive to all of my questions both before and during our stay. Finally, the house was clean and well maintained. We would stay here again for sure!

Family vacation

We had a great family vacation at a fabulous location! We were directly across from beach access. My grown children went back in time sleeping in the bunk room and had a ball. We had an issue with the septic pump but Tracy responded quickly to get it resolved. We would definitely stay there again.

I apologize about the septic issue, apparently there was a handkerchief type product that was flushed (not sure when- placing no blame on your group) that the plumber retrieved from the system. Best VRBO ever!

We have done quite a few beach vacation rentals over the years, this was by far the best! Everything was comfy, clean, and cute! The place was sparkling clean, had beach chairs and bikes to use, and the owner was extremely helpful and easy to get into contact with. She was very prompt in answering all my questions and gave some wonderful local recommendations. The water and sand here are absolutely gorgeous, and the neighborhood is less crowded than some other areas. We had a wonderful stay!

Spring break 2023

Beautiful home right across the road from a wonderful beach area! Tracy is a wonderful and super friendly host that goes out of her way to make your stay memorable. We highly recommend this rental for the location as well. It’s walking and biking distance to all the shops and restaurants in the 30A area. We will definitely reach out to Tracy to stay in her home again the next time we venture down to Rosemary Beach area!

Perfect for our family

We had 2 adults, 3 teens and 2 kids who stayed at this property. The location is great. It is literally just steps away from beach access. The kitchen had everything we needed. There were plenty of towels. The furniture was comfortable. The property manager was super responsive. She went above and beyond to make sure our stay was great.

Location Location

The best part of the trip was how close we were to the beach. However that doesn’t tell the full story. The pictures doesn’t do this rental justice. It was so well equipped, clean, and organized. The communication during the stay was amazing as well. Easily the best rental stay we have enjoyed. Thanks!

Great Location Across from the beach

Directly across from the beach. All about convenience. Close to Rosemary Beach & shopping. Shades Resturant was great and Amigos 30A Mexican(shrimp fajitas wrapped in bacon- omg delicious!) was great. Both will seat you outside. Communication was great with the owner!

Great location

we brought our 3 teens to the beach after a volleyball tournament in Orlando for some relaxation. The house has amazing views and very easy access to the beach. The construction is pretty constant 7am-6pm so it’s nice that the place has AC to keep it quiet inside. This stretch of beach is so perfect if you don’t like the crowds of 30A beaches but can still access all the shops and restaurants by car. We borrowed some beach chairs from the outdoor closet and someone had left some beach towels that we really appreciated. Would love to stay here again.

Very nice house

Looked just like the description. We loved everything about the house and the views and distance to the beach were perfect. Never had a problem finding a good spot on the beach. Spent every night on the 2nd floor balcony playing cards or reading. Very easy bike ride to Rosemary. We will be back for sure!

I hate to give away our new favorite spot, but I appreciate the owners and the property too much to keep it to ourselves. From the amenities to the location, we loved everything about our stay. I didn't need for anything in the overstocked kitchen, the beds and towels are beyond comfortable, and we found great joy in being able to pop back and forth from the beach whenever. Location, location, location! Don't miss out on walking down to Camp Helen State Park to experience the magic of dune lakes. We've been visiting 30A for over 30 years. We will definitely be booking here again.

We have been vacationing on the Gulf Coast for 30+ years and love the sugar white sand beaches and emerald green water. We enjoy vacationing with our children in this area so much we had to purchase our own bit of paradise. The Gulf Coast is rated 3rd in the world for the most beautiful beaches, hence their slogan 'The World's Most Beautiful Beaches'. The sugar-white sand squeeks beneath your feet and the pristine gulf water is unique to this spot of Northwest Florida.Fresh water lakes line the quiet two lane road (30A) winding along the beach and offer serenity like no other place.

We chose Inlet beach because it still has the small, sleepy beach town aura, yet you have the charm of all of the South Walton beach towns at your fingertips. You can take a stroll, bike ride or hop in your car for an afternoon jaunt to enjoy the other beachside communities along 30A. In addition to this, Pier Park in Panama City is also a short distance away. The beach towns offer more unique individually owned boutique businesses and eateries. Pier Park offers a retail stores and restaurants.

Our townhouse offers amazing views from every room in the house. Just one look out the window and you have an instant stress reliever. There are three levels of balconies, each offers unique features. We love the shabby chic decor, it offers a relaxing atmosphere to make your vacation memorable. The large dining room table can seat 10, this is unique, most places can not accomodate seating for all if the guests they sleep. It is also a great place to play games or cards. Our neighborhood is very quiet and our beach is expansive. You will not be overcrowded or three deep in umbrellas.
It is the perfect place to escape the hustle and bustle of your daily life, enjoy the sunrises, sunsets and long walks on the beach or through the quaints streets of the beach town. Enjoy watching dolphins and fish jumping, the sounds of waves crashing while feeling the ocean breeze. All of these elements contribute to the beautiful canvas and peaceful vibe of our home.
