BIENVENIDO AL PARAISO. Este 4 dormitorios y estudio, casa 3 baño de aire acondicionado, 300 yardas de la playa de Tigertail. Tiene su propia pista de tenis privada, petanca, baloncesto y tejo. El gran tamaño, protegidos por malla tiene una piscina climatizada, spa y cocina de verano. 12 ft. Setos altos proporcionan una total privacidad. Las características adicionales incluyen un comedor, gran sala con centro de entretenimiento, (TV de pantalla plana con reproductor de DVD) sistema de sonido centralizado en toda la casa y terraza, y cocina de lujo.

Paradise on Kendall Drive

The property owners have excellent communication skills and were great hosts. This property is great for a couple wanting to get away & relax, to a family gathering wanting to create lifelong memories! The open layout and amenities make this the perfect stay.

Property was top notch. Owner support was on point.Distance to beach was a little further than we expected. Travelling with 3 small kids made the distance from parking lot to the beach difficult.The pool at the house was where we spent most of our time.The house was very well equipped and allowed for us to be self sufficient.

Perfect Marco Location

We loved the house and how close it was for walking to Tigertail Beach. The house was great for our family with the pool, pickleball court, bocce court and shuffleboard. We played game after game on all of them. The hosts were great and quickly helped with anything we needed.

Wonderful Week!

We had the best week and the house was everything and more! Pool was beautiful! The renovations were done very nicely! The kids loved having a park in our own backyard! We loved the bikes and proximity to TigerTail Beach! We will be back!

Marco Island vacation

We enjoyed our time here! The house was comfortable and had everything you need, but the true star was the outdoors. The pool was a perfect temperature. The tennis court and shuffleboard were a delight! It was like having our own private park.

Beautiful Home

The house is perfect for a large group. The pool and recreational amenities were very nice as well. The beach access for the island overall is not the greatest, but the house is close to Tigertail Beach access. Any items you would need in the kitchen and for a comfortable stay are provided which makes it really nice. Enjoyed our stay!

Wonderful home for an active family experience. Close to the gulf beach. After an active day on the beach it's so nice to come home to the quiet of the private lanai to relax or soak in the hot tub or enjoy a game of tennis. Nice outdoor eating space. Our family had a wonderful time.

Beautiful home with all the amenities. we had a great stay and enjoyed ourselves. We had a great time paying basketball/tennis and shuffleboard right in the backyard. we did so many activities without leaving the house. We will be booking again in the future. Fantastic place to stay

The house was great. Everything a family would need. The tennis court and pool was great to have on the property. Location to the beach was easy to walk, ride bikes or very short drive. This is a a great property for a large familiy. Tim and Gerri have truly thought of everything. Also communicating was very easy and all instructions for the home are posted and easy to follow. The location of the home is within easy access to everything on the island. We would stay there again.

Staying here was a dream. So much room. Pool to ourselves. Beach supplies at the ready. Location near the best food, beaches and excursions. We never drove more than 45 minutes and most days less than 10. All of us fell in love with Marco, the Everglades and the Gulf.

Great house for active family!

So excited to be able to stay at this house again. The sports and game amenities are perfect for our active family; between the pool, tennis, bocce, shuffleboard, a quick walk to the beach, or playing games at the table, nobody was ever bored. The owners do a great job of keeping the home stocked with items that make the stay easy and enjoyable, from the array of beach gear, bikes, and toys, to the spices and cooking utensils in the kitchen. This is the second time we have rented this house, the owners are great to work with, and the house is perfect for families with kids...we look forward to renting again.

Expectations met...and exceeded!

My wife, our 16 yr old son and I had a fantastic time. Gerri and Tim’s home is beautiful and...as so many others have attested...has everything you need for a great vacation. The pool and lanai are ideal and my son and I loved being able to play tennis every day. Being so close to the beach is an added plus. Perhaps most importantly, Gerri and Tim are incredibly nice and responsive hosts. We will definitely be back.

Tim and Gerri Sullivan of Hartford Ct. are the owners and can be reached at 860-523-9651 or during July and August at 860-388-5984. We recently rented the home from the previous owner and fell in love with the privacy and location. Our grandchildren were constantly busy with the various athletic activities (tennis and basketball) and this convinced us to purchase the home in May, 2011. We have made significant improvements to create a second home of the highest standards for us and for our guests.

We rented this home in March of 2011. We found it was the perfect vacation for our children and grandchildren because of the ample sports activities (tennis,basketball, bocce, shuffleboard, swimming and biking). Having the qualities of a private relaxing location while being close to many activities in Naples. It's close proximity to Tigertail beach, restaurants, shopping, golfing, boat rentals and water sport rentals, etc and the privacy provided by a 12 ' hedge that completely surrounds the property makes this the ideal location in Marco Island.

Short 5 minute walk (300 yards) to Tigertail beach. New house (built in 2004) has a private sports facility with
tennis, bocce, basketball courts and shuffleboard. House is within one mile from grocery stores,
pharmacy and restaurants.
