The Arenal beach is a 20 minute walk away and the town, where you will find numerous restaurants and bars is just a 15 minute walk away.

As a self-catering villa, you’ll find everything you need for a perfect stay. The kitchen has a fridge, freezer, hob, oven, kettle, coffee machine, air fryer, microwave dishwasher and washing machine.
The villa is a perfect place to relax and offers flat screen televisions in all bedrooms and the lounge (with a large 86” TV).

You will have sole use of the private outdoor pool, outside kitchen and outside terraces. There are two gas BBQs and one charcoal BBQ. There is a dishwasher, sink and a fridge in the outside kitchen. Around the pool area are sun loungers and umbrellas as well as sofa and armchairs. There is an outdoor dining area and outdoor seating area.

Linen and bath towels are all included to make your stay more enjoyable.

There is free parking on the quiet road outside the property.

Air conditioning is included. Our prices include all fees. There are no hidden fees.

- check in time is 5pm and check out is 10am
- security damage deposit of 1,000€ payable 10 days prior to check in. This will be refunded within 7 days of checkout providing there has been no damage.
