The Villa is situated in a residential Urbanization in Calpe, near to Golden Sandy Beaches and lovely nearby towns with every type of entertainment to suits all tastes and over 200 Restaurants/bars in the area and nearby towns. There are a few local restaurants/bars within walking distance, and endless in the town centre of Calpe which is only a 10-minute drive or Moraira which is a 15-minute drive. A walk to Calpe would take around 45 minutes. There is also a very scenic walk to Calpe, just head towards La Fustera Beach and you head towards the Calpe Ifack rock.
For the Children and adults, there is a large amount of entertainment within a 30-minute drive, water parks, theme parks Terra Mitica.....

A little more about the Villa
The Villa is situated in a cul-de-sac with very little traffic noise, to the side of the villa overlooks the natural green forest area.
Views of the famous Ifach Rock known as Natural Park of Penyal d'Ifac and the expansive Mediterranean Sea can be enjoyed from the lower and upper terraces, which are south facing.
Good quality sun-beds and swing seating are located in a pleasant lawned area (artificial) adjacent to a private outdoor south facing pool. On a hot the day/evening there is extra cover under a motorised awning and a Gazebo where you can prepare a barbeque meal and with easy access to the kitchen side entrance just a few steps away.
Floodlit outdoor lighting around the Garden and Pool area, illuminating the feature Palm umbrellas and other exotic plantation along with the LED pool lights.
Car Parking and Access:
There is secure car parking for up to 4 cars within the grounds of the villa. Convenient Electric Gates with Remotes Controls provided.

Calpe is a town rich in history and culture and its strategic position on the coast has attracted many voyagers and settlers throughout history. Remains of Iberian tribes have been found around the town. Later, the Romans founded Calpe as a prosperous colony, whose main activity was drying and salting fish.

Climate:
Calpe enjoys a typical Mediterranean climate, with cool sea breezes in summer. The area averages nearly 3,000 hours of sunshine each year and the average summer temperatures are in the 28 degrees C.
In 1986 the World Health Organisation recommended the climate of the area as one of the most equitable in the world - neither too hot in the summer nor too cold in the winter. On average it can boast 325 sunny days each year making it an ideal all-year-round destination.

We take a lot of pride in our home and just love it, the villa had been set up as our holiday home and was never considered for rental, but we decided to rent to professional people in anticipation they will respect our luxury furnishings which are of a higher quality than normal.
To date every guest has respected the villa with no damage or very little damage has arisen.

I bought the villa because of its German Build Quality, private position overlooking a reserved green area and sea views, sits at the top of the cul-de-sacs so there is very little traffic noise, and just 5-minute drive to the beach and 9 minutes to Calpe town.

Quite Green area, just the clucking of hens from time to time and the jingle of the goats' bells. View of the sea and Calpe Rock and Green reserve area to the side.
