Bungalo to paradise is just that. Our newly remodeled 3-bedroom 4 bath home is located in the luxurious Sandestin Golf and Beach Resort. The Bungalo community is family/pet friendly and has its own neighborhood pool with a small putting green just yards from the front screened in porch. The home comes with two golf carts, one six-seater and one four-seater allowing you and your guest easy access to Village of Baytowne Wharf for dining, shopping and entertainment.

Great vacation week. Home is very nice and well appointed. Had a couple of minor issues (door code and golf cart) but owners were very responsive and resolved all concerns. Will definitely be back.

We will WITHOUT A DOUBT be back to stay here and I’ll be recommending this home to my friends and family. The listing doesn’t even do it justice. The house is packed with everything you need to make it your ‘home’ during your stay. Owners were super responsive to any questions we had. We only wish it wasn’t already booked for this week, next year

Great Stay!

We came here with family and had an amazing time. It’s probably a 5-7 minute golf cart drive to the beach and 3-5 minute golf cart drive to the Warf/shops. The pool is within walking distance from the house. Thank you for letting our family stay for an amazing trip!

Overall property is good. Golf carts a plus. A few issues that required owner resolution within first 24 hours- home not cleaned upon our check in, no code for pool gate and keypad on home needed new code to work properly. Owners are friendly and took care of our issues.

Relaxing Retreat

My husband and I had been looking forward to this vacation for quite a while… our first vacation in over a year! This Bungalo had everything we could possibly need. The golf carts are a MUST… we really didn’t need to use our car at all! The home itself is well decorated and was very clean. We slept soundly on the comfy master bed. The sectional sofa was extremely cozy too. The kitchen had it all. There are some beach chairs and other items that came in handy. The owners were very responsive to my questions and were so very helpful when I realized I made a mistake on our checkout date. Thank you again for sharing your home with us!

Bugs

Upon ck in noticed bugs were in the bathroom sinks..not sure but were not ants, the sheets had stains..the sheet issue was quickly resolved and she was very friendly and helpful that came, was also there when roaches were crawling. Roaches were in the kitchen. There also was an issue with one golfcart but that issue was resolved quickly.Owner came to exchange golf carts when we were not at the rental and the front door was left unlocked with our belongings inside.Owner was friendly and responded fast but after stating I have photos of the bugs and the issue of the door being left unlocked, no response. issue was resolved also.

Everything was perfect!

This house was absolutely perfect for our family of 7. We've stayed in several, but never had a house that every couple had their own king bed and bathroom. We love staying in the resort and really don't need to leave it often. Pretty much anything we wanted to do or needed to buy we could get to with a short golf cart ride. The owners were absolutely fantastic. I would message Amy or Shawn and would get a response back in under 2 minutes. Incredible! We had an issue with a golf cart and they immediately came over to check it out. They ended up letting us use their personal cart while they fixed ours. The house had absolutely everything we needed for our vacation and was super clean. I looked at hundreds of houses before deciding on this one and I made the perfect choice!

Our Bungalo stay was wonderful. Ideal for a small family gathering. We enjoyed golf, swimming in the ocean, pool, shopping and dining all by golf carts. The house was equipped to meet all our needs. We look forward to returning!

Great place for 5 adults, very nice accommodations

The location was great for our group. We could take the golf carts to the grocery school and some restaurants. Was just nice to drive around and see the local area without using the car. We were close enough for some short trips to local restaurants and beaches (recommend Henderson State Park). House the well maintained, but could use some additional items (ex: drip coffee maker, scraper for making brownies and cleaning bowls). There was a pod coffee maker that came in handy. Communication with the host was excellent. She responded in a very timely manner and was helpful. Our dog had some challenges on the wood steps, but she managed after awhile. She had a great time being pampered by our friends. All in all, it was a very nice house in a great location and very quiet.

Under Armour Golf Tournament with Family

This home was the PERFECT fit for our family while we were at Sandestin for The Junior Tour Powered by Under Armour Winter Nationals golf tournament. I can't say one negative thing about this property. Cozy, yet spacious. Sparkling clean. Modern and comfortable. Even better that we got to bring along our family dog. I would book this property again in a heartbeat.

A MUST BOOK LOCATION! Exceeded our expectations! A++

We stay around Sandestin two times every year for the last 6 years and this is now our favorite property. Very quiet street, barely any traffic. Putty green (house comes with putters and golf balls) is across from house (we played mini golf on it with our kids). The golf carts were in excellent condition (we have stayed at many properties where the golf carts are sketchy but not here!). We never left Sandestin just used the golf carts to go everywhere (Publix, beach, pool, dinner at Baytowne-no need for a car your whole trip). When I say this house is decorated very nicely that is an understatement. Loved all the decor and super cozy. Very very clean. The couch in the living room is sooo comfortable. My husband actually is trying to find the same one for our house. We will definitely book here again and highly highly recommend this property! A+ communication from property owner! Towels, beach chairs, lots of space, everything you will need! My kids loved the welcome folder LOL the humor in the folder was very funny and made our whole family laugh.

Originally, I am from California however I came out to Sandestin to visit some friends and ended up purchasing a vacation home. This was over three years ago and decided to add two more locations to share with others. My daughter is a sophomore in college at SCAD and my son will soon be graduating and venture out to the east coast for college, at that time I will make Sandestin my forever home.

If you love family time, beach, amazing community then you also will love Sandestin. Between the community evets, beer fests, wine walks, shopping, three different public golf course you have access to. Let's not forget the multiple community pools, tennis courts, and roof top pool/bar at the Effie. Sandestin doesn't disappoint.

If you are looking for an experience of a lifetime, ask us about or 2023 Cantius Yacht which we offer half day cruises to crab island, full day cruises and the romantic sunset cruise. Saltwater Adventures can make your vacation stay a memory you will hold onto for a lifetime.

The Bungalo's are a family friendly, young to middle aged neighborhood with a community pool within yards of the house. The upbeat neighborhood is sure to make lifelong friends during busy season or the Snowbirds looking for that warm getaway.

Take the kids down to the community pool where you can enjoy some relaxing sun time or take the putting irons and golf balls down to the small putting range. Or just enjoy a glass of wine on the screened in porch listening to your day come to a close.

The Bungalo has been completely remolded for your stay. All rooms have new beds, remodeled bathrooms and amble amount of space for your stay. The living room has a brand-new soft couch, mini bar with wine cooler and small beverage frig. In the cabinet net to the frig you will find games and children's books along with a large tick-tack-toe. Or just relax with the smart Roqu TV and Alexa entertainment speaker.

The kitchen has all the essentials items you will need to prepare meals for your family along with an indoor grill attached to the stove. We have two highchairs and children's utensils, so you do not have to pack up the whole house to escape to the beach. When the weather is nice, enjoy the gas grill on the side of the house for your BBQing needs.
