Private backyard featuring a sparkling pool and spa (heating optional), lush landscaping, and BBQ entertainment area features make this the perfect luxury desert retreat. Enjoy the tranquility this large 3,400sq ft. North La Quinta home offers with ideal space for families to be together while each room provides a generous amount of space and privacy for each guest. The common areas promote togetherness whether that’s splashing in the pool, challenge a loved one to a game of ping-pong in the dedicated game room, having a glass of wine in the spa, curling up on the couch to watch a movie, shoot some hoops in the driveway basketball court, finding your inner chef in the stocked kitchen or sharing a meal at the 8-seat dining table, the possibilities are many…
Entire home including garage is available for your next desert vacation! Five Bedrooms are as follows: the downstairs Master bedroom features a king bed, 42” Smart TV with Hulu ad free programming and 4k Netflix, en-suite bathroom with soak tub/shower/double vanity, and private exit way to the pool area. Bedroom #2 and #3 are downstairs each with queen beds and share Bathroom #2 which has a shower/tub combo. Bedrooms #4 and #5 are upstairs, have queen beds, and share Bathroom #3 with a shower/tub combo and a double-vanity sink .
Family room features plenty of seating with a sofa sectional and 55” Smart TV with Hulu ad free programming and 4k Netflix. Living room has a fire place and plenty of comfortable seating. Kitchen is fully equipped w/ cooking basics, drip coffee maker, blender, toaster, knife set, dishware & flatware, island w/three bar stools. Ceiling fans throughout the home.
Super-fast Frontier Wi-fi in the home at 1Ghz for all your work and streaming needs. Washer and dryer included for guest use. The garage fits two cars with plenty of drive-way and street parking.
Brand new (as of late-2023) upstairs entertainment game room with 86” Smart TV with Hulu ad free programming and 4k Netflix, pro ping-pong/table tennis, large chess set, and comfortable seating.
Large outdoor space includes chlorine pool and waterfall spa (heating optional), propane tank bbq, dining area, lounge chairs, and more.
Child friendly and small dog friendly. Quiet and private home location in a great neighborhood. This luxury vacation home is also centrally located to reach:

Additional Rules and Info:
- Pool with spa heating available at $60 per day including spa or spa only at $35 a night. Maximum temperature allowed for pool is 85 degrees, 104 degrees for the spa.
- If you would like to bring one dog (30lbs max) to the property there is a $150 non-refundable dog fee. Please let us know in advance if you plan to bring a dog so we can submit the bill to you before your arrival. Please no dogs on the beds or living room couch (dog hair found on beds or living room couch will have a dry-cleaning fee post-stay) and ensure to pick-up their droppings.
- Quiet hours from 10pm to 7am per city rules and in respect of the neighbors. Per new city rules, there is only low decimal noise and music allowed at this Vacation Rental property while being rented. If music is played it must be at a low decimal level outdoors at all times. Only the guests on the vacation rental agreement are allowed to stay in the property with limited amount of visitors during the day. If police or code enforcement officers are called to the property and they find outside noise or excess guests the primary guest is responsible for the fine in excess of $1,000.
- The front of the home cameras do not work. There is a noise monitoring program for decimal levels per City of La Quinta requirement.
- Post stay housekeeping is for four hours. Any additional time needed will be charged to the guest in half hour increments at $90hr. Guest paid mid-cleanings are available if you would like cleaning performed during your stay.
- Guests staying longer than one month are required to either purchase a mid-cleaning from Blue Coachella Vacation Rental Management, with or without laundry service, or have professional maid service completed once a month for upkeep.
- No mail box access is available. When placing an Amazon order kindly instruct them to deliver to Front Door and not on Sundays. USPS service is not available for guests. Use Fedex or UPS for front door deliveries.
- A vacation rental agreement must be completed before arrival and guests are required to provide a copy of their drivers license at check-in.
Local vacation rental management group Blue Coachella provides peace-of-mind check-in service, onsite and/or phone assistance during your stay, and professional housekeeping services.
