You are steps away from the Snowflake chairlift and numerous cross country ski trails. Grand Timber Lodge is in walking distance to the quaint town of Breckenridge where all of the shops, restaurants and boutiques are located. Christy Sports has ski and snowboard rentals and they are located on site at the resort. We highy recommend you book your ski rental reservations online weeks in advance. Guests may also ride the complimentary resort shuttles into town and back.

The Grand Timber Lodge is an exceptional place to stay, and offers the perfect Colorado vacation experience that your entire family will enjoy! This charming 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo comes with everything you need to make lifelong memories during your stay. With a total of 1,200 square feet, the Two-Bedroom residence condo consists of a Master unit and a Suite unit, each accommodating up to 4 guests for a total of 8. The master unit has a fully equipped kitchen, upgraded stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, separate dining area with seating up to 10 guests, gas fireplace, private balcony, 2 flat-screen TVs, washer/dryer, pull out full size sofa sleeper, separate bedroom with a king bed, and free wifi. The master unit bathroom has a Jacuzzi tub, a walk-in shower, and dual vanities. The suite unit (with adjoining door) has a kitchenette, queen size bed,1 flat-screen TV, pull out full size sofa sleeper and free wifi. The suite bathroom has a shower/tub combination and a single vanity. The kitchenette includes a microwave, small refrigerator, dishwasher, sink, coffee maker, toaster, dishes and utensils. Every Two-Bedroom Residence offers spacious living areas, thoughtfully designed updated furnishings, and lock-off flexibility that will bring a superior level of comfort which creates an atmosphere of a luxurious home away from home.
