The Space:
If you are looking for a relaxing getaway or just need a place to work remotely; look no further. From relaxing amenities like lounging by the pool or relaxing in the hot tub to a dedicated workspace with high speed internet, either way we have you covered. Come enjoy the amenities of a newly renovated house with an amazing location that will allow you to get anywhere you need with ease.

**The hot tub is heated year round. The pool cannot be heated. The pool is avaialble year round, however, between November-March, the pool is typically too chilly for swimming.**

• Living Room: Kick back on a reclining couch and chair, and enjoy TV with streaming services like Netflix and Hulu.
• Kitchen: A chef's dream with an induction cook-top that outperforms gas or electric. Fully equipped with pots, pans, baking supplies, and all you need for a great meal.
• Bedrooms: The master bedroom features a king bed, while the two guest bedrooms have queen beds. The guest bedrooms have TVs connected to Netflix and Hulu.
• Bathrooms: Indulge in the master bathroom's incredible rain shower. Both bathrooms come stocked with shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and fresh towels.
• Air mattress: A queen size air mattress is available in the primary bedroom for extra sleeping space.
• Laundry Room: Front loader machines with detergent and fabric softener are at your disposal.
• Garage: We have a 2 car garage avaialble for guests.
• Family Friendly: We have a pack n play crib as well as a high chair avaialble for guest use.

IMPORTANT!!! The pool area lacks a gated fence. If you have children or infants with you, exercise caution and be aware of the risks. Children under 17 must be supervised at all times. Your safety is our priority!

The Neighborhood:
Only a 10 minute drive from the Phoenix Sky Harbor Airport and 4 miles from ASU. Plus having quick access to all major highways that makes it a 20 minute drive or less to almost everything else around like Old Town Scottsdale (15 min.), downtown Phoenix (20 min.), Mill Ave in Tempe 15 minutes, and downtown Gilbert (20 min). If you do not feel like driving then the Metro Train is for you. It is a 5 minute drive to the nearest Park and Ride station and the Metro will take to Downtown Phoenix, Mill Ave in Tempe or east Mesa.
