1. It is unlawful to allow or make any noise or sound that exceeds the limits set forth in the City's noise ordinance City code Sec. 74-131). Be considerate of the neighborhood and your neighbor’s right to the quiet enjoyment of their home and property.
2. The maximum occupancy of this short-term rental unit is 2 adults per bedroom.
3. 3 parking spaces are available at this property. Do not park on lawns or in a manner which blocks driveways, sidewalks, alleys, or mailboxes. Drive slowly through neighborhoods and watch for pedestrians and children playing.
4. Any violations may result in immediate termination of the agreement and eviction from the short-term rental unit by the owner or STR agent, as well as the potential liability for payments of fines levied by the city.
Additional Rules from Host/Homeowner
5. No loud noise after 10 pm
6. No food or drinks in bedrooms
7. No parties or events are allowed
8. No smoking inside the house, on the patio, or deck.
9. NO PETS allowed. A fine of $500 will be applied plus the cost of repairs of damages and cleaning.
10. Parking spaces are available in front of this property. Do not park on the driveway, lawns, or in a manner that brocks the sidewalks, alleys, or mailbox.
11. No additional overnight guests without our approval
12. Clean after yourselves, especially in the common areas (e.g Kitchen, living room, bathroom, dining area, etc )
13. Additional replenishment of toiletries and cleaning products (eg Toilet tissue, paper towel, detergent, etc) is the guests' responsibility. Whenever guests check out at the end of their stay, the cleaning team will clean and replenish toiletries and cleaning products as needed.
14. Please put all dirty linens, towels, and pillowcases on the floor of the room before checking out
