Pristine, beautiful 2BR/2BA luxury condo in a quiet, safe, residential area. Marina Bay is a gated community that features a lake, waterways and proximity to trails along the SF Bay (for walking, running & biking), with stunning views of the SF skyline. You'll feel like you are living in a tranquil resort oasis, while being close to SF, Oakland, Marin.
The space
This unit was newly renovated 5 years ago, with all new appliances, floors, paint, etc. Furnished with beautiful modern decor (CB2, West Elm), the condo is a luxury residence with all the amenities you need for an upscale, comfortable stay. Owner has meticulously and lovingly cared for the property.
Large, peaceful master suite with a top quality memory foam queen mattress. From the window, you have a view of the community lake, which provides soothing waterfall sounds from the fountain.
The guest room/office gets great light throughout the day, and has a new West Elm couch that pulls out into a comfortable futon bed, and a sit/stand desk, perfect for remote work.
The airy, bright open plan dining & living area has high vaulted ceilings, with windows on 3 walls that get gorgeous afternoon light. Outside the condo, there is a private patio balcony that overlooks the lake — a tranquil spot for your morning coffee.

Gym, heated pool, hot tub, tennis courts are a 2 min walk from condo. All very well-maintained.
Dedicated parking space under carport.
5 min drive or 10 min bike ride to Richmond Ferry terminal to SF (30 min ferry ride).
Bay Trail - walking, biking along the SF Bay - 5 min from condo.
EV charging stations - 1 min from condo.
Security gate & onsite security in evenings.
