💰 Affordable Group Stay – Cost Per Guest

For an estimated cost of $150 per night for the entire home, here’s how budget-friendly it becomes when shared:

6 guests: $25 each per night

5 guests: $30 each per night

Please note: Prices may vary depending on demand and the season, but this gives a clear idea of the value you get when sharing the home with family or friends.

We want to provide you with important information about additional fees to ensure a transparent and enjoyable experience:

1. Additional Guest Fee: There is an extra charge of $12 per night for each guest beyond 6, up to the maximum occupancy of 8 guests.

Prior to your stay, we require you to complete a PRE-ARRIVAL and sign & agree to our RENTAL CONDITIONS.

2. Pet Fee Policy: We love hosting furry companions, and our pet policy is designed to be fair for both short-term and long-term stays. Please note that we only allow dogs and our pet fee is structured as follows:

-Pet fees consist of a small admin charge of $8 collected at booking and a per-night pet fee collected separately via our secure Hostfully Marketplace payment link.
-First pet: $30 per night for the first 8 nights, up to a maximum of $240.
- Each additional pets: $10 per night for the first 8 nights, up to a maximum of $80 per pet.
- Maximum of three (3) dogs per stay.
