I have always lived less than an hour from the Atlantic Ocean. I was thrilled to have gotten our place in Palm Coast, FL just a few minutes from the beach on a Saltwater Canal. This is a place where my children and eventually my grandkids will come to enjoy the warmth of Florida! My hobbies include going to the Beach, Gardening, Our Pets. I love taking my kids to get ice cream, and date nights with my husband.

I love being near the Ocean and the saltwater! So many Palm Trees and Sea Life all around you. I have seen Dolphins, Manatees, Sea Turtles and many fish off the Canal. Pelicans, Osprey, Roseate Spoonbills, Egrets and many Ibis Birds Nearby!

Large U style Driveway and 2 Garages for this Duplex- Unit A and B. We care about our property, and it shows. A fenced in backyard, Nicely Maintained, cared for and fully updated! The Saltwater Canal Lined Neighborhood is truly amazing and relaxing to walk through during anytime day or night!
