Swim right up to the edge of paradise at this family-friendly designer getaway located two miles from Bonita Beach and near an array of shopping and dining options. Built in 2020, this gorgeous property offers a coveted indoor/outdoor entertaining space with its open living, dining, and kitchen area that opens to a screened lanai. Interior highlights include a luxury primary suite and a home office/den that offers flexible sleeping space, as well as soaring ceilings, wood-plank tile flooring, and beautiful furniture and decor throughout. Kid-friendly extras include a Pack 'n Play and games.

Bordered by tall palm trees and lush landscape, you’ll love splashing in the pool, sunbathing on lounge chairs on the tanning shelf, and streamTV on Peacock poolside while relaxing on the swimsuit-friendly lounge furniture. Fire up the grill in the outdoor kitchen and enjoy a home-style cookout. The large fenced yard and firepit gazebo are perfect for lawn games, followed by marshmallow roasting.

No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 5 vehicles.
3 days notification is required in order to heat the pool and pool spa. A fee of USD 32 per day must be paid prior to check-in to purchase pool and pool spa heat for your stay.


Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Bonita Springs vacay

The house was very well equipped and perfect for our family. The TV was hard to figure out( even our adult children had difficulty) and our pool was only heated for the first day of our stay, even though we texted for service. Other than those issues, we really enjoyed our stay!

Well located modern home with great lanai and pool

The house is comfortable with a separate office for those who need to work, and the pool area is lovely. The location is good, on a quiet street close to Publix and the 41 corridor and a short drive from the best beach in the area - Barefoot Beach. We have rented this house twice and have reserved it again for next winter. Management is responsive and easy to reach.

Perfect house!

This house was great! It’s beautiful, clean, and updated. The outdoor porch with gate to the pool was perfect for hanging outside while some swim. Pool and hot tub were fantastic! I would recommend paying the daily heating charge, even in July. The drive to the beach is just about 5 minutes, and the beaches are beautiful and not too crowded. Not a ton of touristy things to do in Bonita Springs compared to other beach towns, so that could be a pro or con for your family. We would definitely stay here again!

Great place to stay Property Manager Vacasa was not responsive to issues we had. They need to respond quickly for prices we pay for the stay. Vacasa needs to step up their performance. I would rate them as very poor

Above Expectation

First of all, I did not have low expectations, but when you walk in to this home there is a "wow" factor. We stayed at this home for 2 nights before renting a home near the beach for a week. My family all commented that they could have stayed here for our entire vacation.This was a family vacation consisting of 6 adults and 4 children ranging from ages 6 years old to 9 months. The house was perfect for our needs. The master suite is incredible.The second bedroom is a queen and the third bedroom is well thought out bunkbeds (Twin over queen). The 4th room is an office with long couch that has pull out trundle bed. The best part for our family was the pool/outdoor area. The pool does have heat, but you have to request it prior to your reservation. I tried to call once we were there and was told about the request prior to the reservation and they also said it was only for stays longer than 3 day. We went in April and I wish we would have had the heater on. It does have a system just inside the sliding glass doors with easy buttons for lights and the spa/hot tub jets. The other great thing about the pool area is that they have created a barrier to separate the pool area from the seating/TV/eating area. This is great with young children.One of the things the women loved while sitting in the living area/den and watching TV was all the blankets/throws. They have a ladder that displays 6 or 7 blankets that are great for use while watching TV.

Very nice newer house in a great location

We visit Bonita Springs often to visit relatives and have rented other houses in this same neighborhood. Each of them had its strengths but this one was the best overall. It’s newer construction with a compact but well-equipped kitchen and a up-to-date bathrooms. The primary bathroom has two sinks and both a shower and a tub, something which my wife appreciates. We like having the laundry inside the house rather than in the garage. Also having a separate office with doors and a desk is a plus - great for catching up on work and e-mails. The landscaping outside is lovely. The screened pool and lanai are fantastic, with comfortable patio furniture. The partially submerged loungers on the shallow sun-shelf are great for a hot day. The backyard is completely private, screened by landscaping from adjoining houses. The street is quiet, with well-maintained houses, and very well located. It’s just three blocks to Publix - walking distance when it’s not too hot — biking distance from the beach and a short drive to restaurants in Bonita and North Naples. The management team for this house is very responsive. The AC stoped working late in the evening on our fist day. Management responded right away and had someone out the next morning to fix it. It worked perfectly for the rest of our stay. This trip we were only here for a long-weekend for a family birthday. But we have booked this house for a much longer stay in January, and are looking forward to coming back.

Wow this house is incredible!!!! The backyard was perfect to hang out before a day at the beach. The house had plenty of room for all 8 of us! We would book again!!!

Hält was es verspricht

Ich möchte vorwegnehmen, dass wir häufig in Florida sind und selbst früher ein Ferienhaus dort hatten, weswegen wir eine gute Expertise haben. Als wir die Bilder des Hauses gesehen haben, war unser erster Gedanke: Oh, das ist für die Bilder vorübergehend toll eingerichtet worden. Unser erster Impuls war daher das Haus nicht zu buchen, da wir Angst hatten, dass es nur für die Fotos aufgehübscht wurde. Zum Glück haben wir es trotzdem gebucht, denn das Haus sieht exakt so aus wie auf den Fotos. Zudem ist die Lage ideal, um sowohl an den Bonita Beach als auch nach Delnor Wiggins zu kommen. Wir waren zwei Paare + ein Kleinkind und die Größe des Hauses war perfekt. Auch die Ausstattung des Hauses lässt keine Wünsche übrig. Strandausstattung, Spiele, Küchenausstattung, Handtücher, etc. Alles ist in guter Qualität und Quantität vorhanden. Uns hat lediglich die Möglichkeit gefehlt das lange, schmale Fenster im Masterbedroom abzudunkeln. Leider haben die Vormieter ein ziemliches Chaos im Außenbereich hinterlassen und auch den Privatschrank der Besitzer aufgebrochen. Hier war Vacasa sofort hilfsbereit und hat das Problem gelöst. Wir würden das Haus auf jeden Fall wieder buchen und können es wärmstens empfehlen.
