Not NEW just new to - 5 Star property - You will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located condo. Live like a Gainesville local at this 1-bedroom, 1-bathroom condo. Across the street from the Innovation District of UF, less than a mile from Downtown Gainesville, and within walking distance to the University of Florida campus, this college town rental is in the heart of the action. Walk to The Swamp on gamedays for tailgating and Gators football.

The property has a fully equipped kitchen, dining area, living room with a couch that sleeps two, a TV with a number of streaming services included, a bedroom with a very comfortable king-size bed and new mattress, a full bath with shower/tub and a full-size washer and dryer.

Access to the entire condo with the exception of the closet in the bedroom which is locked.

The property is located just north of University Dr. with free parking right in front of the front door.
