This two-story condo sits at the end of its row in Birch Landing, a complex that's located directly alongside 96-acre Echo Lake. Within the community, you'll have access to a private sandy beach, a dock, a seasonal outdoor pool, a clay tennis court, a clubhouse, and rentals for stand-up paddle boards and boating equipment. Spend a day fishing or wander through the woods to neighboring Camp Plymouth State Park for great hiking, skiing, and snowmobiling. You'll also be just five miles from Okemo Mountain Resort and Fox Run Golf Club, and convenient to both Killington (17 miles) and Woodstock (21 miles).

Thanks to its corner position, this condo enjoys particularly beautiful views of the woods in every season. Spend summer days outside on the deck, barbecuing on the gas grill in the crisp mountain breeze. The setting is every bit as lovely in winter, thanks to atrium windows in the living room that frame the snow-dusted forest. At the heart of the condo is a two-sided fireplace, providing warmth and ambience in the living room, dining room, and kitchen.

Sleep soundly each evening in three bedrooms - all of which have views of the woods and are paired with their own TVs and full bathrooms. Complimentary WiFi and a private washer/dryer are provided as well.

All guests shall abide by Vacasa's good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.

Security camera details: There's a Ring doorbell camera at the front door.

Dock details: The dock is shared among all Birch Landing condo owners and guests.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
